My 3 year old loves doing these puzzles
My 3 year old loves doing these puzzles and he's so good at them. The wooden pieces help so much so he doesn't break or ruin the pieces.

My 3 Year Old Grandson Destroyed These Within a Month
These puzzles are really cute. However, my grandson is all boy. He is not necessarily destructive, but he plays HARD with everything and these puzzles just did not hold up to his play. Many of the pieces are now broken. Even though they say they are wooden, the wood is thin and doesn't seem to be solid wood. Maybe some type of composite wood product? In any event, they were not particularly durable. In addition, the paper that is glued onto the wood that makes the picture is also peeling off of many of the pieces. I'm very disappointed in the durability of this product. Perhaps a gentle child would have better luck with them?

2 year olds don't appreciate "3 to 5 year olds" toys
When I was a kid, visiting my grandparents meant playing with my parents' surviving toys... stick and wheel, jax, pick up sticks, rusty rakes and wheelbarrows that still smelt of chicken droppings, and, if we were lucky, exploring the storm shelters that protected my folks from tornados as children and from the Bomb as high schoolers.... great times, to be sure.My children did not get that high quality of childhood memories, as my folks moved from Nebraska (no offense, Corn Huskers) to Oregon about 3 minutes after they got married. Then they moved to California and got a swimming pool. So, my kids went swimming in a sanitary setting, no snakes or snapping turtles, chiggers or mosquitos the size of most butterflies. The other thing my parents loved was puzzles, and own several dozen of them. So my kids learned to swim and assemble puzzles. Now, those same kids are grown, married and having kids. To keep traditions going, we have puzzles for the grandkids, but no pool. The other grandparents have pools, so I am completely killing it by having puzzles. My 2 year old thinks these are good for her, and who am I to disagree? She likes the colors and runs her fingers around the edges of the pieces and smiles, drops them on the floor and has a great time. My kids are not as happy that we choose puzzles over a pool, but they do remember the day the cable guy showed up so we could watch Monday Night Football again. Get puzzles. These are a great starter set.

Great for toddlers
These puzzles came nicely and individually plastic wrapped. You can definitely break them up and use them in Easter basket or give them to separate kiddos as gifts. They are nice wood quality so the pieces and board are durable. Puzzles arrived just as expected. Great entertainment for older toddlers.

Fun, and grow with your child
These are such a big hit with my 3.5yr old. The picture quality is great, and the designs are cute and fun... they easily grab (and hold) his attention. Both the puzzle frame and pieces themselves are made of wood and feel sturdy... which is important because my son can be a bit of a brute with toys. I also love that they come with an 'image insert'. Essentially, you can leave the picture guide in the wooden frame for a visual reference - which is very helpful for younger toddlers - or you can take it out for a more challenging puzzle... very versatile! I leave them in for him, and it's the perfect level of difficulty. Sometimes, if a puzzle is too boring he'll lose interest... while if it's too challenging he'll give up. These strike the perfect balance between the two and keep him engaged. They are difficult without being overwhelming. And they can grow with him, which I appreciate. I will say, after completing the same puzzle a few times the picture got a little worn and wouldn't stay in the frame very well. I used double sided tape to secure them in, and we haven't had any issues since.Something to consider, they come in a white box that isn't very visually appealing. If you plan to gift these (which I definitely would), plan to have a gift bag or box on hand that you can place the puzzles inside instead. They are each individually wrapped, so they just need a more presentable container for gifting. All in all, these are great puzzles. And for the value, you really can't go wrong.

These puzzles have a lot going for them, but the pieces are a little too thick to get apart easily.
I really like these puzzles because they have a lot going for them besides being out of wood. They are printed well. They come in 6 different themes. They are truly cute. I truly wanted to give them 5 stars but I can't because they do have a design flaw, in my opinion. They are difficult to get apart. The wood is too thick. Maybe in time, they might loosen up but I'm an adult, not a child and if I can't get them apart I don't know if a child could. They snap together well, but I can't get them apart very easily. They come in a nice wooden tray, with the picture in the back that comes out like a poster, so they can still work the puzzle in the tray without the picture behind also. It's printed well, has vivid colors that children are drawn to and the pieces are good size. They are numbered on the back for assistance if the child is needing it. Comes in a nice white box and each puzzle is individually wrapped so you could give one to different children if you wish. It's a good price for quality.
