DENON sc-n9 2-Way Speakers, White

I bought these from my local HiFi shop as I wanted to hear them first. They were also slightly cheaper than Amazon as it happens.They sound good for small speakers and they have paired up nicely with the Topping TP-20 tri-path amp I got on Amazon (around £50 on special). The sub-£150 combination sounds far better than any ipod speaker all-in-one that I have heard for a similar price and I used to sell HiFi and iPod/MP3 speakers for a living.A few notes:The terminals on the back look a bit like screw terminals but are in fact spring-clip arrangements, albeit high quality gold plated ones.They came with some 8 sticky rubber feet, and the implication is one for each corner. However, when I tried this, I found that they wouldn't sit perfectly flat. Instead, put two feet on the front corners of the speaker, and one center-rear, this will let them sit happily and without wobble.Of course they come with the obligatory bell-wire speaker cable, throw this out, go to B&Q and get some 2-core electrical flex (like you would use for a household lamp). I would have done this but my local HiFi shop threw in some nice speaker wire. Pretty much anything is better than the wire they come with.For the first couple of hours the bass was muddy, some Prodigy at a respectable volume saw them wear-in a bit though. Nothing unexpected from speakers at this price point.Why they aren't 5 Stars:The screens, as far as I can tell, are non removable - it's not a deal breaker but it would have been nice.The terminals as I mentioned, are spring-clip, and I prefer screw-terminalsThe units are sealed, there's no chance of modifying or servicing these without a fight.

Servizio Amazon ottimo.Per i diffusori mi immaginavo qualcosa di meglio, il suono non mi ha convinto per niente. Cambiate con delle altre molto più performanti.Queste le tengo per lo streaming.

Qualità ottima, design molto curato è perfetto completamento per il Denon Ceol. Sono molto soddisfatto anche per la celerità della spedizione.

Also was aus diesen kleinen Boxen ertönt kann sich sehen lassen. Vor ab, man brauch natürlich eine Ordentliche Anlage dazu. Angeschlossen und Gänsehaut! Weicher Klang mit ganz sauberen Höhen, klare Mitten und sogar tiefe Töne kommen ordentlich. Da fängt man fast an den Subwoofer zu suchen! Und schlichte zeitlose Optik!

Queste casse Denon sono abbinate al Ceol N9 ma onestamente non producono un suono che ci si aspetta da una casa che produce alta fedeltà
