I had my man build this one for me. It was too much for me! But he said it wasn't too hard to build. The instructions are clear and concise and he was able to get it done in under an hour. It's got a lot of versatility to it! The back rest area declines all the way to a level flat surface or can be sat all the way up to a 90 degree or anything in between. There are arm resistance bands attached as well as an area to rest arms while doing dumbbells or free weights. There is also a spot for doing leg lifts and I can easily attach my small free weights to it to add lbs. The whole thing is fully adjustable and super versatile. I really like how many thing I can do with it and it doesn't really take up a ton of space. I'm turning my spare room into a small home gym and I'm very happy to have added this piece to my set up. It will cover many of the basics I need and seems sturdy enough to last. I'm very happy with this purchase and would highly recommend it to others.

I bought this 3 months ago and the welds on the main frame are busted!!! Luckily I was not on it or using it when they did break. I grabbed it to move it to the other side of my gym to use and the welds just broke.

I ordered this thinking it’d be adequate for using and folding up out of the way but it is not, the slide for the bench adjustment is not smooth at all, the leg extension twists at the pivot joint when using and the whole bench twists and flexes under load, I am 6’ and 200lbs and with a warmup load of 100 for benching it feel like it would collapse any moment. Very disappointed and can’t return now.
