It is what it is
It is a 12 inch high density foam roller. If you watch stretching exercises on you tube, it works to release those right muscles. If you never used a roller remember to sing "Hurt so Good". When your muscles are right it will get the kinks out.

My dog chewed mine up from Aristide. This is the best roller I’ve found anywhere!! Definitely worth your moneys for your facial and muscle aches.

Very please!
Just what I needed. This foam roller is very sturdy. It is hard but definitely not too hard, or soft. It is right in the middle. I picked a short one because it is perfect for my size. I am 5’2 and 125lbs. The price was perfect and it delivered in less than 3 days! I am very pleased

Extra Firm - Might say downright HARD
We have a white foam roller that just couldn't hack it, too soft, flat spots, difficult to actually roll. Our fitness center has much firmer foam rollers, so I thought I would try one of these "Extra Firm" ones. Well this one surely is firm enough. Almost too firm, but that is better than too soft. Who knows, maybe it will soften up with use? Hope so, but in the meantime, I am totally happy with the product.I bought the 12" size so it will fit into a suitcase for travel (assuming that happens again) - road trips and flying can be hard on one's back.

I wish I knew about the different colors of foam rollers and how they coordinate with the density of foam BEFORE I bought this , but it's awesome non the less. The black colored farm rollers are much higher density so they have very little give. Super painful to use just because of muscle soreness, but I always feel better afterwards. Love the size and the convenience

Wasn’t my favorite, couldn’t use it because it hurts
This was very stiff and made it impossible to use without hurting yourself. I like them hard but not rocks.
