Gorgeous, well-constructed family planner/journal
This family planner/journal came packaged in a beautiful box with such warm touches. You can tell that this is made by a family business. The journal even includes 2 built-in ribbon bookmarks to keep your place in the book. There's a little welcome message from the creator as well as instructions for how to use the various planning/envisioning pages. There are spots to plan and keep track of family expenses, family and personal goals, and even a mini vision board. There are also monthly pages to write down goals, events and activities, monthly income/expenses, childcare dropoff/pickup dates/times, and reflect back at the end of the month. There are weekly pages with hourly time slots from 6am to 9pm and spots to write out priorities, birthdays, parties/gifts, children's activities, friend/social activities, and me time. There's also a gratitude box with 3 lines too write down what you're grateful for each week as well as a to-do list. The only thing about the weekly pages are that the boxes are relatively small, so you'll probably need to write pretty small in order to fit your thoughts into the space allotted. The end of the planner has pages for summer, holiday, Christmas, and party planning, ending in several blank pages for jotting down notes or ideas. Overall, this is a well-organized, well-constructed planner/journal that would make a great keepsake, too.

Such a great planner
A super pretty planner and I like that the dates aren’t pre-written. Easy to use and a great way to keep track of your life analog style.

The Perfect Planner for Moms and Mentors
This is a gorgeous and exquisite planner for women who are mothers or mentors. And for a planner that is under $10, the presentation is impressive! The box it came in is sealed and adorably designed. The planner, which looks hardbound, actually has a flexible cover. In a popular A-5 size, the undated planner covers a whole year, with monthly and weekly pages, family and personal goal-setting pages, finances, and other areas that concern a family. You also get extra pages to plan a party, your summer adventures, the holidays, and Christmas. The creator thought of every detail and provides guidance on how to plan and prepare for everything. Whether you're a new parent, or someone who wants order and a system that works to bless your life and your family, this wonderfully-designed planner is a helpful tool. Highly recommended!

not my favorite
I love planners, all sorts of them as different planners fit for different parts of my life. Kinda like shoes and purses :D This planner was beautiful and that's mostly what caught my eye, as well as it being undated and under $10. It arrived in a sealed box, perfect for gifting, so presentation was already a win. It's beautiful in person, but once taken out of the box, that's when the let downs began. The cover of the planner is paper. There's an illusion to it being hardcover, or a "flex"cover of sorts. It's simply a thicker paper, like cardstock, like the front cover of your basic notebook. It's not at all flexible, once it's bent creases form and stay in the cover-not cute. Shame. There were limited images and information as to what the inside of the planner was going to be, especially the layout. All that was repeated and advertised was that it was a "Family Planner". I was happy to learn that all the months are at the beginning (and are a Monday start), followed by the weeks and then the note pages. I prefer this format my self, so this was great to see. However, there are SO many extra pages in this planner that it's a bit overwhelming. There are spaces for budgeting, goals, each family member, specifically multiple children- and these are all grouped for each month. So the layout is Month, family/finance information/goals and then Month, family/finance/goals, etc for 12 months followed by the weekly pages which spread across two pages each until the notes pages. There are less than 5 notes pages. That's ridiculous. In between the months, weeks and notes are pages with instructions on how to use those pages. Honestly, too much. I tried to see if I could just tape pages together to make this planner work for me, but it's just not worth it. I do like that there are ribbon bookmarks, but I honestly don't have high hopes of this planner actually lasting enough to use them. Unfortunately this planner was a bust.
