48" W Commercial Freezer Reach-in 36 Cu.ft 2 Solid Door Stainless Steel Commercial Freezer Fan Cooling for Restuarant, Bar, Shop, etc

We purchased this freezer to replace a smaller capacity freezer that we had in our garage. It does an excellent job freezing food. We added an extra shelf which was Westlake brand, but fits this freezer as well. Before I ordered, I contacted the Icecasa support with questions about specifications and shipping method. Their responses were both quick and helpful. I was particularly worried about getting the freezer off of the shipping pallet, but they sent a picture of the pallet and I could see that I and my wife could easily take apart the pallet and roll the freezer into the garage. The shipper was nice enough to get the pallet just inside the garage. We then tore apart the pallet support and lowered wheels to the floor.Now for the caveats. While not terribly noisy, I would not want this unit in my house. Also, the unit is not as energy efficient as our old freezer which was energy star rated. We got twice the capacity as we had before, but the electric use looks to be three times as high. I monitor energy use with a smart plug so I have good data to substantiate this. However the only energy star rated freezer like this I could find cost almost three times as much. My monitoring shows that I could save about 3 kWh per day with an energy star rated unit. For us, that is a savings of 30 cents a day or roughly $100 per year.Hopefully the manufacturer will upgrade their insulation in the future, then this would be a fantastic freezer.

This freezer is for home use. We have it in our garage. Absolutely love it. It is so well made!!!! It is heavy duty.

We ordered this freezer 03/26/2024 and it shipped on 03/28/2024 with arrival in the first week of April, all was great. Fast forward to 10/31/2024 and the freezer stopped working in the middle of the night. 32 / 3 gallon tubs of premium ice cream (over $1,022.00) were ruined! I have been on Amazon's site attempting to get help with this situation to what seemed to be at no avail. I finally found a phone number and called it. They have sent out a local refrigeration company to look at it, however there is no information tag on the unit. No serial number, no model number, no information on the unit at all???? Further the unit did not have any owners manuals that has the units information. Has Amazon scammed us out of $2,950.56. This would be considered unacceptable practice from ANY company. I am still working with the local refrigeration company to resolve this situation, however I have no way to include this on my insurance without a serial number??? I will update this review with information as it happens, but at this time I'm very disappointed.

When our reach-in freezer died, I panicked and in need of a new freezer immediately, I at first bought one used on Facebook Marketplace. That was a disaster. So I bought a new one and was concerned about the delivery time. I reached out to the seller, who was immediately responsive, and gave me expedited delivery so that my freezer arrived early. Plugged it in, worked like a dream, waited a week, to make sure that the seals worked well and it continued to hold temp and that there were no issues at all. Still true, that it's working like a dream. It was a great value for the money as well. I'd recommend this seller and this freezer.

We live on a farm and have need for a large freezer. I was glad to find this one that we can keep all our processed meat and any excess vegetables in. We’re a large family, so we buy in bulk and this thing will hold everything we want to keep cold!

Despite its promises of efficient cooling, this freezer struggles to maintain a consistent temperature. Items stored inside often end up partially thawed, leading to food wastage and frustration. It's a guessing game every time I open the door, unsure if my food will be properly preserved or ruined.And don't even get me started on the noise. The incessant humming and buzzing emanating from this freezer are enough to drive anyone insane. It's as if there's a miniature jet engine housed within, disrupting the peace and quiet of my home. Forget about having a peaceful evening; this freezer ensures that silence is a luxury of the past.Durability is another major issue. Within months of purchase, the freezer began exhibiting signs of wear and tear. The flimsy construction and cheap materials used in its manufacturing are evident in every creak and groan it emits. It's a wonder the thing hasn't fallen apart completely.To add insult to injury, customer service has been less than helpful. Attempts to address these issues were met with indifference and incompetence. It's clear that the company cares more about making a quick buck than ensuring customer satisfaction.In conclusion, I strongly advise against purchasing. It's a subpar product that fails to deliver on its promises of quality and reliability. Save yourself the trouble and invest in a freezer that won't leave you feeling cold—both literally and figuratively.

A freezer is just a freezer without great customer care (although we love the quality of the freezer). The folks in their customer care department return texts almost immediately and will remedy any complaint or problem promptly. We’ve had no problems with the freezer and added a refrigerator based upon our excellent experiences with them.

The media could not be loaded. I really like it, we got the three door freezer and it is super nice and big! Shipping was fast and also great customer service directly to the seller.
