I purchased 2 for my 2 equal age puppies who now live on 22 acre farm. Still waiting to microchip them but thought these qr tags would be a good interim- and backup solution. Great in principle but in hindsight the tags miss in a big way and shame on me. I didn't even consider the idea that they should be customizable (with name/ phone number) prior to ordering. On Amazon that level of unique customization just isn't available.Another issue I discovered is unrelated to the product itself. If you lose the dogs collar- you lose the tag. That happened to me, and I now I wish I had just ordered a cheap tag with my phone and address.Yet another issue is adding a second dog to the same online account. In brief, you can't.You need to create a different account for the second dog and it requires using a different email address. They may need to hire a new IT team with basic account software skills.Finally I feel stupid thinking a qr code holds some advantage over a tag with explicit visual data.The QR code can send the finder to a link with info- including a request to share their location. But that assumes the finder is 1) adept at scanning a QR code (at night- almost impossible)- and 2) agrees to share their location with an untrusted service. Sorry, but I don't trust my dog's safety to those questionable assumptions.Instead just get a tag with your dogs name and phone number.

Have them on my 3 month old kittens. Fairly easy set up. Thus far am happy with the product.

If you’re looking to have a non-surgical tracker on your pet, it’s for you. However- if the tag gets off of the collar, then that’s what you’ve got.

It’s a little bulky for a small dog but it’s still a good option.

What a brilliant product concept, much better than a tag. Anyone with a smart phone can no scan the bar code and comes up with all the information on the pet, you can even include records, descriptions, pictures, address your mobile number etc. This means that anyone that can found your pet could instantly reach you and details about the pet. So much better than just pet name and number. Love the concept, got one for all my dogs. Love it.

Works as advertised. I was a little impatient with the activation process, but customer service was on it and exceeded my expectations. This is the quickest way, without GPS, to expedite the recovery of a lost pet. Microchips are great as they can't be lost on a collar, but this is even quicker providing the person that finds your pet knows to scan/photo the chip or check the quick URL. The website allows you to list detailed information on any specific care/health issues your lost pet may need. For the price, EXCEPTIONAL value even as a backup.
