Water during Hurricane Helene
Great packing. Ordered this water during Hurricane Helene. The water arrived on time and comes in 4 gallon jugs and not one jug was broken. Was very pleased. The water is distilled so worked great with baby formula.

12 Gallons Distilled Water
I use this water for both a saline rinse and also for my humidifier. I ordered what was supposed to be 12 gallons of water on 1/21/2025 finally received only 6 Gallons on 2/3/2025. I paid $92 dollars and only got 1/2 of the order so I would either like the balance of this order or at least half of my money returned!

Damaged gallons
I received two boxes of six gallons of distilled water. Three of the gallons were damaged (cracked toward the bottom) and the water was all inside of the box which was soaking wet. Says item is not returnable for missing or damaged items. For the price of this water I am extremely disappointed. Will never purchase this product again.
