I wish I had known about Wagos sooner. They are a game-changer when it comes to connecting wires, especially in older homes where the old wires and new fixture/outlet wires don't mesh well together in a typical nut. Wagos don't care. They make a solid connection, regardless of wire type. Throw those rat-tail nuts away and use these everywhere.

Wery safe connectors to be used in electrical boxes but the most benefit is when installing a light fixture that has stranded vires and they need to be connected to the rigid ones. It is dificult to make a good and secure connection between those tipes of wire with the regular wire nuts. These conectors with the lever action make the connection easy and above all safe.

They seem to be a well made product, and a definite space saver in a receptacle box, and much easier than twist on marettes.HOWEVER, I had to send my pack back because the claim of low force insertion, and good for use with stranded wire is a little misleading, and I had a bunch of twisted wire connections to make….Couldn't get any of them to insert. Ending up sticking with NewAge Waco’s and used their 2773’s which did the trick.I do recommend these for use with solid wire, though.

Arrived in good condition. Although the plastic box was not sealed, all the connectors were there. The Wago connectors are higher priced than the twist-on wire nuts or other knockoffs but they are UL listed and for me the ease of use is worth it.I will buy again.
