What I like; I like the compact size of this Fitness Journal & the faux-leather binder, makes for a comfortable grip. This Fitness Journal has plenty of pages which makes it simple, not merely to plan my fitness goals, but includes a little manual which helps to explain how to use the journal.I like the fact that it includes pages in which I can set goals, track my progress & it even offers exercise ideas. The journal lies flat, but, never feels as though the binder is going to separate & includes an elastic page holder to keep my place in the journal. It included a loop that holds my pen & 3 bookmarks for me to manage separate sections at any given time. It has a page on which I can insert of picture of myself when I begin a fitness plan & a spot for another picture in which I can visually see my progress. A picture's worth 1,000 words. I like the page in which I can take my beginning measurements, tracking how my body has changed as I progress on a week-by-week basis. It also features pages in which I can write in my own program & chart the number of sets that I perform.I like everything about this workout journal/planner...5 Stars...Recommended

Perfect for tracking fitness!
This is absolutely perfect for fitness tracking allowing all measurable metrics to be recorded and referenced with ease! The journal is sturdy and pages are nice a thick! Overall, I love this and would recommend to anyone looking to track progress on their fitness journey!

Very nice quality fitness journal; has everything I need to track my workouts and it's undated
After having weight-loss surgery a year ago, and losing 178.4lbs so far, I started lifting weights this year to continue with my progress (and hopefully tighten up the loose skin a little). I have used regular journals, but it takes a lot of time to customize everything to make tracking my exercises easy, so when I saw there was an actual fitness journal, I totally had to give it a try.This Fitness Journal is beautiful...love the beautifully detailed cover and of course people is my favorite color. My favorite part of this fitness journal is that there are sections already made to track weight, measurements, goals, exercises, the weight of the equipment used, and sets/reps. I really appreciate that this journal is undated, so you can start as soon as you get the journal and there are no wasted months/days (just in case you have to take a break or go on a vacation). The quality of the paper is very nice...decently thick paper, not at all flimsy, and plenty of room to write whatever you need. I also like the matching ribbon bookmarks, so you can go exactly to the day you need to fill out or to the measurements page without having to flip through all the pages.I would definitely recommend this fitness journal to anyone...beginners to bodybuilders could find value with this journal. This fitness journal is very beginner friendly, has everything nicely laid out so I know exactly where to record my info, the entire journal is very nice quality, and I really love that it's undated.
