The media could not be loaded.  The build quality of this thing is amazing. It even comes with white gloves to handle and set up. The brightness is superb and the clarity is crystal.However, it is only able to connect via 2.4gz network, is a pain to initialize out of the box, and even right next to my WiFi extender (and base router just down the apartment hallway in the living room) the connection is horrendous.Also, it only comes with one slide and subsequent slides are rather expensive.It is has a rather loud hum. It doesn’t bother me as my space heater drowns it out plus I like the fan spinning noise.One of the bigger problems here is the price. It is far too expensive for its feature set. It has quality hardware, but its software and the chipset it’s using need a serious upgrade for it to be worth this kind of money.Lastly, and most disappointing, mine came busted and I’ve started the return process. There is something rattling around inside and when the device is tilted up towards the ceiling the loose object rubs against the mini fan inside and makes a horrible grinding noise.It’s a shame really. The market needs a high end star projector that has smart functionality and great build quality. There’s so much plastic colored junked out there. All the same product with a million different names. I was hoping this was going to be a winner. Not sure if I’m going to reorder once my return is done.

It come with one slide and it's really loud also it's huge

I was really looking forward to getting this projector because at a price north of $200, I figured it must be so much more than those $30 ones you see. Well, it isn't. It only comes with one slide which is very deceptive from the ad. And you have to pay a fortune if you want to see more than one scene, spin on your ceiling. Everything is packed up all nice. Looks like it came from the apple store, but it doesn't matter. I tried every possible configuration and the device isn't even listed in their Tuya software anywhere, so it's not supported. Maybe they're gonna come out with something later. But for what this thing costs, you could have taken four people out to a gourmet dinner and a movie and still had change. The instructions that came with it are just a little slip of paper that gives you almost no information. I thought this was going to be some sort of digital projector from the ad, but all it does is project a slide like every other under $40 device does. On top of all that, they expect you to pay over $25 a piece for any additional slides. I think this thing's a total rip off. I've never said that about any product before.

I was looking for a galaxy projector that was more then the cheap ones that just show a image on the ceiling, I thought for 250.00 that I was getting the top of the line projector. The design build is phenomenal its definitely over the top, however it only comes with one disk or scene and if you want the others you have to pay 30.00+ for them. It also states that it plays different relaxation sounds however that function is not supported with the galaxy pro or max models so basically its the same a cheaper product. Don't get me wrong I like what we got. And the craftsman ship and build quality is what gave it 5 stars.
