Missing foot pads and lame response
The ironing board arrived in a timely manner and except for missing the foot pads on two legs, is what I expected. I contacted customer service for Minky and received a lengthly response. They requested pictures, a copy of the receipt, the ironing board serial number, and a few other things. It was a bit ridiculous for 2 foot pads. I ordered a set of 4 rubber foot pads on Amazon for a few dollars. They are much better than the ones that came with the ironing board which in the end is good since we have nice hardware floors to protect. There is at least one other review with a missing foot pad. Not impressed!

I was disappointed by the lack of coverage on one leg.
I like this ironing board, the height is conveniently adjustable. But I was disappointed by the lack of coverage on one leg. I would be very grateful if I could receive one covering soon

Great ironing board, made in the UK, maker has Royal Warrant!
This is a great full size ironing board that is a nice size and easy to use. You can lift and lower it with one hand (just hold down the lever), and I really appreciate that the height adjustment is completely flexible; this means you can have it at any height you want within the supported range as there aren't specific steps. Despite its slim looking legs, the ironing board is stable, and there is a nice plastic-padded spot on the side for your hot iron. The slip cover is removable for washing as well. The fact that it's made in the UK and the maker even has a Royal Warrant is definitely assuring.I do want to pass along some small feedback to Minky though, if they're reading this. The way the ironing board is packaged could use two improvements that would really make a difference:1) The ironing board arrived in a cardboard shipping box that wasn't properly sealed off on either end. There were gaping holes (either wear and tear from shipping or it was designed that way?) and while the ironing board itself is mostly shrink wrapped, the wrapping doesn't cover two of the four feet, and one of the plastic feet actually arrived disconnected -- I was very lucky that it didn't fall out of the cardboard box via the holes. That being said, there was an informational color sheet glued to the ironing board but otherwise no leaflets/manuals/information in the box, so maybe if there was supposed to be, that fell out during shipping?2) The informational color sheet is basically glued to the fabric surface of the ironing board, along (but offset from) its two vertical edges. There's way too much of that sticky plastic, it doesn't come off cleanly. There is definitely some residue on the cloth surface of the ironing board, so I'll need to wash it before running an iron over it or risk a sticky mess all over my iron and clothes.Overall this is still an excellent ironing board, and easily deserves 5 stars!

Does Basic Job
I don’t know if there is really much for me to expound upon seeing how this is a basic ironing board. It does feel a little “wonky” on occasion, depending on how I adjust a piece of clothing on it, but it works for my basic need of simply ironing my clothes. It isn’t difficult to use, and that is one of the first things I noticed. The second was a little bit of effort I had to put into adjusting it. Overall though, it does the job, and I am content.

not full size
Not sure why they are calling this 'full size' as it's only 4 ft in length. I've had others that are more like 5 ft in length. I see it's made in UK so perhaps this is standard there. I am using it on carpet and did not experience the wobbliness that others using it on tile and wood floors encountered.

Ironing Board
We have always used a steam iron press, but recently decided to get a hand iron for larger garments that don't fit easily in the small iron press that we have. This iron board is a full size ironing board & once it's opened up & standing, it's very sturdy and stands perfectly level. You can adjust the height to your specific needs, and it easily opens & closes as needed. This ironing board also has a place to rest your hand iron. So far, we've used it about 7-8 times & haven't had any problems with it at all. It's a good, solid, ironing board.

Works as advertised
I got this ironing board to replace one that I had purchased (most likely from a discount store) about 30 years ago.I do like this ironing board much better than my old one, but I am a bit disappointed that it is a bit unsteady. It will rock a little because all four of the legs aren't quite even. Three hit the floor and it will rock depending on where I am putting pressure on the board while ironing. It probably doesn't help that one of the protection pads on the feet was split open upon arrival. It folds and unfolds very easily, which I like. It is not quite as tall as my old board, but I haven't found that this is a distraction or causing a backache. The top is smoother than my old board too, so I seem to get the ironing done more quickly. And, it has a place for the iron which I find extremely convenient. The price fits right in line with other mid-range boards, but it would be nice if it didn't rock.
