Nice monitor for business/office. Does fine in bright room (not true matte but close). Very happy.
Nice monitor for my business/office needs. Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, browsers, and YouTube all look great). I don't play games so I can't comment on that.I like the very thin bezel. Color is nice.I'm in a room of windows with tons of natural light. This does fine regarding glare. I was worried since I had a previous HP monitor that was horrible for glare -- this isn't quite matte but it is very close. Given that I have sunny windows on one side and on behind me, I'm impressed. If you need a simple monitor for business needs, this is a nice choice. If I had a full desk it would be amazing to have two or three of these side by side.p.s. I have it hanging on a monitor stand (VESA mount) so I can't tell you anything about the built in stand but it seems heavy duty.p.p.s. 7/30/19 update: Still love it. Have added a second one, and am contemplating acquiring a third (for a separate user).

Love it but not true edge to edge.
Love this monitor so far. I needed it to be thin and light to be able to transport it with me when I fly. Though it is not the thinnest or lightest monitor of this size out there, it certainly fills the need for me, esp given the price. The display is beautiful with nice dark blacks. If there weren't icons on the screen with my black desktop background, I wouldn't know the monitor was on but for the tiny white power led on the lower right. My only concern with this monitor has to do with how it is presented here in image and text. It is true that the "glass" is edge to edge. The plastic bezel is the thinnest of thicknesses around the edge, so don't expect it to be like the "infinity" displays of the Samsung Galaxy series of smart phones. Additionally, however there is a masked of area where the image pixels do not show even to the bezel edge. There is about an additional 1/4 inch of unused screen space. It might as well be covered by plastic bezel as it is unusable for display purposes. This is important in multiple monitor situations (like mine) where you want the visible portion of side by side monitors to be as close as possible to approximate the effect of one continuous monitor. With this monitor, there is a total of about a 3/4" separation of images between the right edge of monitor 1 and the left edge of monitor 2 when you take into account the very small plastic bezel and this black band around the screen of both monitors. Note, too, that these have external power bricks.

Excellent value for a 27" monitor
My review is for the N270h 27" monitor (some reviews here appear to be for a different model). This monitor replaces an Acer 24" monitor that I had for 11 years and just finally died, so I am hoping this HP lasts as long. In the week I've had it, the FHD picture is excellent. Set up was easy, and I appreciate that it can move up and down, as well as tilt. There is just a tiny bezel around the edge. So far, so good. This monitor was a great value. Will update review if any issues along the way.Update 7/2018: Monitor randomly cuts out for about 3 sec occasionally. Changed HDMI cable and tried with another PC - still happens. Will be monitoring this to see if it gets worse before warranty runs out.

good trio
Was kinda disappointed with this new monitor's resolution when used on our antique VAIO laptop until laptop died and forced us to buy a new computer that surprisingly didn't come with a graphics card, so we got a $30 vid-card because we wanted it fast and inexpensive in case of any incompatibilities. It turns out, there's more resolution sizes in it with this card, so we love our monitor now. The new trio make a great team. Here they are:The awesome vid card :"Geninue Dell nVidia GeForce G310 512MB PCIe High Profile Video Graphics Card, Compatible Part Numbers: FTGGG, M114N, G31DE, VUI-G310DE"This monitor:'2018 NEW HP N270h 27" Edge to Edge Full HD (1920x1080) IPS Anti-Glare LED Gaming Monitor 60Hz, 1000:1, 16:9, 5ms, 250Nit, 16.7 Million Colors, HDMI, V"The server/pc:"2019 Newest Flagship Dell PowerEdge T30 Premium Business Mini Tower Server System Desktop Computer, Intel Quad-Core Xeon E3-1225 v5 Up to 3.7GHz, 16GB UDIMM RAM, 2TB HDD, DVDRW, HDMI, No OS, Black "... Is 64 bit, no graphic card, but shipped fast & works really GREAT!BTW We're not gamers and use Linux as OS.Had monitor 8 months. Works great and more resolution choices with the right graphics card. So happy now.

Not too big and not too small. It's perfect.
I like that it is just the right size. I used to have a 24" but it quit after about 5 years. I bought a 39" monitor and hated it. It was way too big!! I found the 2018 New HP N270h 27" Edge to Edge Full HD (1920x1080) IPS Anti-Glare LED Gaming Monitor 60Hz, 1000:1 and it's just the right size. It's a little bigger than I had before but not humongous.Good color and fast!

I shopped long and hard before buying - satisfied with choice
It is big enough for my needs, I like the stand features, it is easy to adjust and the colors look fine to me. I work on graphics and videos frequently. No, it's not a professional quality screen for which you would pay thousands more, but at this price range it is a great deal. The subtle differences are so few that I am still able to perform the work and coloration adjustments I need to just fine on it. I think it would be great for anyone not in a professional industry requiring absolute perfection in color tones. I have no complaints.

I love this monitor for the most part, which is screen size, color, clarity, crispness...
I wanted a second monitor for my desktop computer and this does not disappoint. I might actually buy another one so they match! The color and crispness is awesome. I love that there is a minimal "frame" around the physical edges. If I put two of these next to each other there would be almost no space between the two. The only small complaint I would have is that the power button is not aligned with the light or symbol that shows on the front and the fact that the other buttons are on the bottom but not labeled. I have no idea what each ones does. Not that I would ever mess with them once I have all the settings where I want them, but still, it is odd to me.
