Goat's Rue is a bushy perennial shrub native to Europe and some parts of Asia. It's known also as galega, goat's-rue, French lilac, Italian fitch or professor-weed. That herb is harvested during the summer flowering season. Goat’s rue has a long and varied history of use reaching as far as the Middle Ages. To make an infusion, use 1 tsp of Goat's Rue Herb to 250 ml of water. Place the herb in a cup, pour on boiling water and leave it to steep for 5-15 minutes. After this time strain the beverage and drink.
