いつも美味しい。 ありがとうございます。 但し、香り付け工程上なのか？ 豆の割れ、欠け、があります。 私は、蒸し器の鍋の穴を利用し、軽く振るってから容器に移しております。

色々な生豆を試行錯誤で焙煎して楽しんでいます、 今回は生豆と焙煎済みと発注してみました。 到着して直ぐに入れてみての感想です。 先ずは豆が思ったよりふくらまない。-3 香りは甘い香りですが…+1 豆の入れ物を真空パックに是非とも入れて欲しい 日持ちもするし味も落ちないので（私は焙煎後はタッパーで冷凍保存です） 尚袋からタッパーに入れ替えて冷凍保存しました。
