Nothing beats Armstrong!
I'm so glad I was able to find this on amazon. Our retail stores discontinued carrying this product & nothing cleans as well as Armstrong. And it smells so good & floors are super clean when I'm done mopping them.

Clean and shinning
Armstrong Floor Cleaner is my most favorite floor cleaner I have ever used. I have tile floors and are at least 18 years old and look the same now as they did when first put down. I would recommend it to anyone for their floors. Clean and shinning.

No sticky residue
I have cleaned houses professionally for over 25 years, and have never found a cleaner that works better and DOES NOT leave residue behind! This does a fantastic job on all types of floors. I highly recommend it!

Fanatastic floor cleaner
Only floor cleaner that I have found that doesn’t leave streaks on my tile floor. Easy to use. My floor now shines like new. Don’t need to use much so very economical cleaner.
