Not as expected there is little to no indentation to relieve the pressure, no pain improvement noticable.

This sciatica pillow is perfect for when sciatica hits. It makes sitting down workable. Does not take the pain away but makes it livable. Use in kitchen chair or desk chair. A friend uses hers in her car seat when driving. If you are troubled with sciatica this is the best comfort you can get. well worth the $$.
