Bought this as a replacement for my original Braun Series 9 Pro cleaning pod, as the original started to go faulty after a couple of years. Yes, you need to use your original power lead as per the advertisement. Yes, you need to buy cleaning modules for this, they are not advertised as supplied with the cleaning pod. Ignore the bad review and complaints. I ordered this unit from the USA and it was delivered to me in Australia within the delivery time. The unit works the same or better than my original cleaning pod. What else can I say, this unit works perfectly with original power cord and cleaning pods. If you need to replace your cleaning pod, this unit is awesome.

CLEANS MY SHAVER. BRAUN SAID THAT THEY WOULD REPAIR MY OLD ONE BUT THEY TOLD ME HOW LONG THE TURNOVER RATE UNTIL I GET IT BACK OR WHATEVER AND I JUST DIDNT WANT TO WAIT THAT LONG SO I BOUGHT THIS NEW ONE. PERFECT REPLACEMENT.
