I got this because when we travel to our other house we hit a lot of dark 2 lanes roads. Vehicle lights have become blinding now. Used this last night and took about 1/2 hour to get used to it as the vehicles behind me would reflect off the top portion of the visor. Once I got past that I was able to use it effectively. It helped a lot and allowed me to see all the lane markers through the oncoming lights.The only thing I don't like about this is how large the clip is. It entirely convers the mirror on the back of the car visor. If it had smaller clips on both ends for the areas where mirrors don't sit it would've gotten a 5 star rating.

I ordered this as an extension for my sun visor. Anyone that drives has had an experience of driving into the sun (morning or evening) where the sun is directly blinding your view and your visor is not able to block the sun. This visor offers the extension of your visor to take away the blinding aspect of the sun while allowing your vision for driving. The large clip that holds this visor is located in the center. It does cover or interfere with the mirror on the visor. So, the visor has to be moved in order to use the mirror. This is just a minor inconvenience in my use.
