Fisher-Price Little People Car Wash

I bought this for my 2 year old grandson and he loves it! It is the perfect size for his hands and he has no problems manipulating the knobs or the gas pump! It was a great buy!

Couldn't be happier with my purchase. It's a really nice gift for a toddler boy- totally recommend it to anyone.

Perhaps I needed to buy the garage with this for it to truly be functional, but I purchased this just before Christmas because it was on sale. My 2-year old's favorite thing about it is the dog and she uses it to play with her other Little People house, and not the car wash. Unlike many other Little People toys, this one doesn't require batteries because it makes no noise (which is my daughter's favorite parts about her other toys... horns honk, washing machines swoosh, doorbells ring, etc).This one has a roller ball thing that makes some noise when manually turned, but none of it actually gives off a car wash vibe or sound. I don't think she actually knows what to do with it (even when I've showed her) because there are no sounds of water and the car is less car-like than her bigger (and noisier) Little People SUV.Maybe, in time, she'll grow to like this more or I'll invest in the garage and it'll make more sense to her. For the super-discounted pre-Christmas price, it was a good deal, but so far it mostly sits in the corner while she takes the little man and dog to play in her other Little People toys.

I thought my son would love this because he loves cars, little people toys, and trips to the car wash. At the end of the day, it's a boring toy and he's never really played with it.

I was able to get this for 9$ during the flash sales. My son loves it. GREAT! Little harder for kids under 2 to understand.

My two-year-old toddler received a Fisher Price Car set from Santa, and unfortunately, it seems the elves saw fit to furnish pictures of "discontinued" toys, such as this one, on the packaging. Since my boy decided he wanted this car wash "quite urgently" and I had no desire to invoke the ire of a child well into his "terrible-twos" and post Christmas "better be nice" bribery (he knows he has an entire year to make amends to Santa for any transgressions that may occur at the beginning of the year), I phoned all the usual local brick-and-mortar stores with no luck until I found it on Amazon. It wasn't a particularly good price, but it was available; I purchased it, it arrived, and he has it: another potential disaster avoided with the help of Amazon...

My son received this toy as a gift for his 2nd birthday over 6 months ago. It sits in plain sight on the floor in his room and he has never touched it. It is durable and well made but just does not have any appeal for him.
