healthy mind and digestion
I am a big fan of magnesium regardless and this was my first time to have with GABA and will say that I can see a bigger difference in cognitive rest and recovery and it seems to help with metabolism/processing a little more as well.

Great for good sleep.
This is a clever product. I have tried this versus magnesium alone. I use the magnesium alone for most nights and it works, but for those nights, when I want to be assured of great sleep I take this- the GABA really hits the sleep spot for me.

it did made me doped out first but honestly it does take time!!! to make you fall sleep but its no difference with magnesium I take to sleep I felt the magnesium makes me feel the full night sleep like deep sleep than this its affordable for sure than magnesium I take. just want to try out the gaba so
