Beware - when they say Down Swing, they mean Down Pull - Up Swing is Up Pull
There is a difference between swing and pull. This is advertised with the swing, but says nothing about the pull. After ordering two of them, I can say that down swing means down pull, and up swing means up pull. It also didn't work work well on my old mountain bike. The alignment was wrong. I ended up putting on old Shimano derailleur on the bike and called it a day. Due to a package delivery problem, I was unable to return it. I reached out to the company and no response.

Product installed as required any issues were resolved as I learned the proper procedures!!
After finding adequate installation & settings up procedures working as designed, better setting up instructions would help a person not familiar with how to proceed would have helped; found many videos helpful with these helps!!

Great replacement for a budget bike
I used this to replace the front derailleur on an old Mongoose mountain bike (walmart special). The old one was fine, but I replaced the whole drivetrain to freshen the bike up, so this was my choice for the front. Shifting improved more than I thought it would. It used to take a considerable amount of time (two or three revolutions) for the chain to actually switch gears once I made the selection on the shifter, making noise the whole time. now, it shifts quick and confidently. no issues at all here. i'm not actually sure why it's different than the old one...but it sure seems to work better.Install was pretty easy. 5 minutes to put it on, and another 10 minutes to get it adjusted right. Overall, no issues though. It works exactly like I thought it would, and improved my old bike.
