Great switch
Very good level 3 switch. Love the form factor. As other have stated this is not a full rack size but with the tray it can be. I myself prefer this size as I have it wall mounted.

"pro" switch missing important pro features
Needs a redesign to be full 19" width and built-in PSU with standard C13/C14 plug. I don't need extra power converters cluttering my rack space, I need compatibility with standardized power solutions.You can't market this as "pro" hardware unless it's compatible with standard rack mount hardware out of the box.

No rack ears are you kidding?
It's a great switch for a good price. BUT, this 1U switch does not come with rack ears. Ubiquiti wants 60 (after shipping) for their mount. This is a ridiculous cash grab that sours the entire purchasing experience.
