These are a game changer, love them!
Setting up both the receiver and transmitter is a simple process with easy-to-follow instructions. The PoE Bridge included eliminates the need for two separate cables, streamlining the installation process. I have been using it consistently, day and night, and it has been performing exceptionally well. I know that these items are designed for outdoor use, but in my opinion it would be beneficial to place them under the eaves of a roof for protection from the sun and rain. This will help to prolong their lifespan and maintain their quality.

Super easy and better than alternatives
We used this at a ranch where the garage is about 100 yards from the main house. We use starlink for our internet access and used this to extend our range. Works like a charm. We get about 60Mbps at the garage which is about 60 times what we used to get! Super easy setup. Worked on the 1st try. Be sure the antennas face one another as we found the bandwidth was significantly hampered by tilting the transmitter too high. We tried all sorts of other repeaters and mesh networks which were not nearly as effective as this and all the other stuff was more expensive. Definitely reccomend.

Total Garbage! This is a real review! Junk, Do Not Buy!
First, I have been in IT for over 25 years. I generally use another brand that starts with Ub...., but the price and claim of 867Mbps in the title got me. I needed to point to point to go to an outbuilding I have so this looked like a great option. Well, it's not. The units use 24v POE versus 48/54 like most POE switches put out so you have to use their included injectors or plug in the power brick to the unit. Or, you could get some 48v to 24v converters which was my option. Well, that didn't work because one of the units won't work with the network cable only powering it, so I have to use the power brick plugged into the unit, which is not a possibility for most anyone. The other unit didn't work that way and worked as it should. So, I ran the power in a test situation to power everything up in their actual locations and the units wouldn't pair up. My run is about 2000 feet with a clear shot. So, I took the units and set them up next to each other and they still wouldn't link up. I tried resetting them, no go. I sure wish I could have got them working so I could test their 867Mbps speed claim, one which is impossible to achieve over the 100mbps network. There is no way to get over 100Mbps on a 100Mbps connection. So, in theory, this unit would be pretty slow in today's standards.

Very good Wi-Fi Bridge!
This Wi-Fi bridge couldn’t be easier to pair and install. I have told several of my friends who would like Wi-Fi in a outbuilding away from their house about these.I do have a negative or two about this:the plastic ties that come with these are useless, and you will need to purchase poles to install these cannot be installed on a wall, the mounting brackets are rounded. Those aside the bridge itself is wonderful,I have a 100mbs in my house,I did a speed check in my outbuilding-94, I am very happy!

Revised: Truly Simple to set up, started dropping out, finally fixed....
***After the glowing review below, the receiving side started dropping out about once per day. Have to reboot the POE for the receiver side only, easy but very annoying. Tried resetting as help desk suggested, didn't help. Worked on it a couple of days remotely, then finally set up a remote desktop. They spent a couple of hours tied into my computer, made a few changes and now it works. Has worked fine for the last year. Don't know what they changed, I believe they were "offshore" and spoke a different language. Anyway, it has been working fine since. Just bugs me that I don't know what was wrong with it. I had a Ubiquiti system that got taken out by lightning, so I bought this cheaper, less complicated system to replace it. THIS SYSTEM IS TRULY PLUG-N-PLAY! The units are already sync'd to each other, and once you turn them both on and THEY JUST WORK. Zero loss of internet speed over the 200ft distance. And they cost 1/3 what my last system cost. My previous ubiquiti system I'm sure had better specs, but I don't need 10km range. I need 200ft. The problem with the "U" system and many other point-to-point systems is they are very difficult to configure. I spent HOURS with the "U" system settings up nerdy details of IP addresses and subnet masks, etc. I'm pretty knowledgeable about such things (but not an IT guy) and it still was difficult. This BrosTrend system is how they all should work for a simple residential system. Truly PLUG-N-PLAY. I highly recommend it. And if it dies due to lightning, it only cost $70, not $250.

Works like a bridge
After setting the IP address, the units were installed to replace some dying Ubiquity nano stations. There were a couple times I had to reboot them the first few days. After making a few changes they have been fine. A few were: Pick a channel with the best signal to noise ratio(its not always external noise), turn power down, set speed to 300mbs, set distance to .1(160ft), set clock to manual and turn off watchdog. There a 4 cameras, an echo and some smart lights running thru the link with no problems.

Hit or miss
On a positive note, set up was way easier than I had anticipated. I followed the simple pictorial directions providing internet to my shop 150 feet away from my house. Had the system up and running in no time. Linked the bridge to the router and everything functioned flawlessly. Until it didn’t. I’m finding that the bridge receiver randomly stops receiving signal anywhere from roughly 16 hours to a few days after working well. Simple fix of disconnecting power and letting it reboot itself, but frustrating that I have to do this on such a regular basis. Not uncommon you have to do it daily.

Unreliable
Not reliable. I have these setup between two buildings less than 100m apart with a clear line of site. Nearly everyday I have to reboot the ‘end point’. It works for a while, usually a day or so, then I Lose connection to the remote network. I have several other bridges from a different mfg that are 1,000m+ apart that work flawlessly. Pluses- easy to setup, small. I do not recommend. Spend a little more on more robust bridges.

Best purchase ive ever made! I researched a lot before deciding what to buy for my farm. I decided i wanted to add wifi to the main farm building. I decided on this product and i am delighted at the quality and at how easy it was to set up. The wifi i get in the building is 100% fast and works perfectly, just like at the house where thw internet is actually connected. I 100% recommend this product to anyone wanting to expend wifi to another building or area on a big land.

Naja jetz is ja alles gut. :-) Preis Leistung also Mega!

Buena calidad. Y la conexion es estable.
