Hydration is improved
It’s not as sweet or salty as Gatorade , which I like. I like to drink first thing in the morning, or keep some ready by my bed stand , because I get so dehydrated. Impressed it has vitamins and other nutrients. I feel more energized (but not hyper). It has some nutrient to help you sleep, in case you drink it before bedtime, or throughout the evening.Don’t complain it’s “half empty.” That’s because it’s sold by weight, not trying to cheat you.

Mixes well with water and tastes gaeat.
Product came quickly and in excellent condition. It tastes great and mixes well with water. I have no way to measure my hydration, so I cannot speak to that.

Tastes good if you use more than normal which is a higher cost to quantity ratio
UPDATED: Original review was bad as the taste using normal amounts of powder is nasty - see below for original review. I decided to use rest instead of throwing away and I almost doubled amount of powder to water. Tasted good albeit a little sweet. Hydrated well. My complaint here would be that you are now essentially getting half the amount you expect.ORIGINAL REVIEW: I have been an avid cyclist doing 50-100 mile rides a few times a week. I usually keep one bottle with water, one with hydration and bring dates, nuts and bananas if on a century ride. I have used Hammer Nutrition, Liquid IV, Gatorade, etc. When I read this one, it added additional vitamins and minerals and claimed a great taste. So I ordered it and brought it to a 2 day, 100 mile per day event. The taste is alkaline. The extra vitamins and minerals in here really make it taste horrible. Let others in the ride group try. 10 of 10 in my group agreed they would never purchase this and most spit out the drink rather than swallow it. I ended up throwing out and buying some cheap Nuun tablets to get through ride. I have never tasted anything that honestly made me rather go with water alone and forego hydration benefits but if faced with this or water alone, well I will make the best of plain ol' water.

An everyday supplement to use
I bought this for my boyfriend who uses it every day so it must be good. I tried a glass and it was tasty.

Only half full product
This canister is only half full at best upon opening it. Should be filled to the top for the price they charge. Taste is fine. Not sure I’ll order again because I feel ripped off. And I see this same issue on a lot of the reviews. The manufacturer needs to remedy this or he’ll lose alot of business.

Terrible side effects
This product sounded great, but it certainly wasn't for me. It is sickly sweet, for one thing, with obviously a ton of stevia added to it. I cut the ghastly taste a bit by adding the juice of half a lemon and some Celtic sea salt, so it was drinkable. I was willing to accept that as it seemed so nutritious and got good reviews, but then I started getting some pretty severe intestinal upset, with bloating, belching, lots of gas, stomach pains, and a lot of discomfort. And it didn't go away. I wondered what was causing it, and after several days of misery I decided to look up stevia side effects on the internet. Oh my - it is not as innocuous as it is purported to be. My symptoms were exactly what was described. Of course I have stopped taking it, and am out the money I paid for it. I wish that there had been some sort of warning on the label, but of course not. I tend to be sensitive to some things, but this was way over the top. And the company is also over the top aggressive, with a sales tactic of bludgeoning you into buying all their products, along with coaching for heaven's sake. Do not get on their email list. I had four emails in my inbox one day, and sometimes twice a day. All in all, a very unpleasant and costly experience.
