To tight across the foot
I've purchased these ella boots before in grey which fit me purfect but this new pair are quite tight across the foot I'm hoping they will give a bit

can rip easily
nice boots. not ugg quality but good enough however they can rip if you’re not careful with it

Warm and comfortable
OK for the money. Lining could be a bit thicker. They'll be fine in dry weather, be interesting to see how they fare in the wet, but will spray with waterproofing anyhow. Fit is fine, I take a 5, bought a 5. Bit wide at the calves though, but I am quite slender.

Very reasonable
Good value, warm, comfy boots. But a bit snug. I bought 5s which are my size, wish I'd bought a 6 so I could wear thick socks and have more room for them to accomodate my jeans. Some people say they come up big but I haven't found that at all. Ref how tall they are, I'm 5'4" and they come up 8" below my knee.

Good comfy shoe
Rally like the fit, makes my feet nice and snug. The only downside for me is that they have a foam sole I would much prefer rubber, as the foam doesn't have that much grip on the floor!

Poor quality
The boots are poor quality and very thin.The size is very small . Would not buy again giving them to charity.
