My husband says it it has not upset his stomach and he has felt good after taking it. That's good news for him because he has not always had the easiest time with iron pills in the past.

This iron pill does not have Aweful smell.No aftertaste. I had tried different brand that had CYANOCOBALAMINE 333% and I used to take alternate days to cut down on %. Still after a month started to have Acne on face. Learned later that CYANOCOBALAMINE means Cyanide and one should not take that. I am so PLEASED to find METHYLCOBALAMINE WHICH IS NATURAL FORM AND CAUSES NO BREAKOUTS..! I love the fact it has Vitamin C, Vitamin B6, B9, B12 and Black Pepper.

No stomach issues as with other types or brands of iron, I would recommend.

My daughter uses this and although she says it leaves her a bit gassy, we think it's working.

I just received the supplement and saw on the bottle that it requires three capsules per serving. I bought 90 capsules and learned I only have 30 servings. They should have made the dosage more apparent n their product description.
