Satisfied customer
I’ve been using the Onlyone Water Dental Flosser for a couple of weeks now, and I’m honestly pretty impressed with it. I got the black one, and it looks sleek and feels solid in your hand—not cheap or plasticky at all. The 300ml water tank is a great size; I can get through a full cleaning session without needing to refill, which was a hassle with my old flosser. It comes with five different jet tips, so I’ve been experimenting with them to find what works best for my teeth and gums. The orthodontic tip is a game-changer for getting around my retainer. The four modes are nice—gentle, normal, pulse, and a stronger one for when you need some extra power. I usually stick to normal or pulse since my gums are a bit sensitive, and it’s been plenty effective without feeling too intense. The memory function is super handy; it remembers your last setting, so you don’t have to fiddle with it every time. It’s also pretty quiet, which I appreciate since I’m usually flossing at night and don’t want to wake anyone up.Battery life is solid—I charged it once when I got it, and it’s still going strong after daily use. The USB charging is convenient, though you’ll need your own adapter, which wasn’t a big deal for me since I’ve got plenty lying around. It’s IPX7 waterproof, so I’ve used it in the shower a few times, and it holds up fine with no leaks as long as you snap the nozzle in tight.Cleaning-wise, it does a great job. My mouth feels so much fresher, and I’ve noticed less plaque buildup between my teeth compared to just string flossing. It’s especially good for those hard-to-reach spots in the back. The only slight downside is that it can get a bit messy if you’re not careful with your aim, but that’s just water flossing in general. For the price, I think it’s a steal. It feels like a premium product without the crazy price tag of some bigger brands. If you’re looking for a portable, easy-to-use water flosser that gets the job done, I’d definitely recommend giving this one a shot.

As effective as expensive name brands
I don’t use dental floss. I’ve always brushed at least once daily and used toothpicks to clean bits stuck after eating. The hygienists have always had difficulty flossing my teeth during biannual exams because some are just too close together, and the only times I have tried to floss I sliced my gums due to force necessary to get the floss between my teeth. Before I invested in the famous name brand countertop water flosser my cleanings were not pleasant for me nor the hygienist, and eventually I found myself needing a deep cleaning, what they call root planing. It was after this I bought the famous brand. There was absolutely nothing wrong with that famous brand, and I gotta say it introduced me to water flossing. It wasn’t portable though and it stayed plugged into the wall. I used it for several years until it just quit.I tried a portable, battery powered unit from Amazon after that. At first I wasn’t sure that it could possibly be as effective, but my biannual cleaning visits were good and my reports were steady. And then years later that unit died.So now I have this, and so far so good. It is holding the charge well, so far over a week. It’s simple to use. The price is unbeatable. Or it was before tariffs. It was 17 or 18 years ago they did the root planing and immediately after I got my first water flosser. I can’t say I use this everyday, but I do use it most days. Some foods really stick to my teeth, and once I’m done eating I could use a toothpick, which I must do if out to dinner, but at home it takes 30 seconds to get a good rinse out that leaves my mouth feeling cleaner than brushing dies even, without the minty taste however.Every single cleaning since has been as good as I could hope for. In fact, we relocated across country, and after finding a new dental office I had my first exam and cleaning. I’m happy to report I need no work done, no cavities to fill, and my hygienist was impressed.

After 1 1/2 years it's working perfectly. No problems. Worth purchasing,
I've been using the Onlyone for a year and a half. No problems no issues. It holds its charge for weeks with daily use. I've easily gone more than a month before recharging and never ran out of battery power. I use it while showering every day. I don't try to protect it from the shower spray and have never had water get in the charge port. I do find taking it into the shower much easier and less problematic than leaning over a sink and trying not to get myself or counters wet. I don't use the attachments other than the spray tip. It has good power. Once you've used it and fooled around with it's different settings I expect like me you'll adjust it the way you like it and never readjust it. If you share it with others that may not be the case. Bottom line I would buy it again. Good value, good quality!

Retains some water after cleaning.
Keeps great charge and has good power. Fill cap hinge failed in 6 weeks (could have been operator error) but still seals. The main concern is the water chamber will not drain "all" water out for cleaning. There is a raised edge around the fill port that keep some water in and if you seperate the unit the surface is flat resulting some water to be left in it, not a lot but a few drops. There are other designs that allows the water to be removed with ease but did not work as well as this unit, ie charging, power off, etc. We us it alot and I'm not worried about water droplets in the unit few just a few hours.
