So happy I ordered this island. It’s absolutely perfect for our beach house. We needed more storage and counter space, perfect. Comes in big, heavy box. Will need two people to bring inside and put together. Each piece numbered and easy to follow instructions.

This piece of furniture looks really attractive in person, a good deal for the price. It is designed to work well as a kitchen island with an option to extend the counter top space or fold it under. I pushed it against the wall and set it up as a breakfast bar with my toaster and coffee maker and some dishes, mugs, and drink options. It works well for preparing a quick breakfast on a weekday morning or for setting up as a coffee bar when entertaining guests. With the extension piece folded down, the countertop space is still large enough to fit a full-sized coffee maker and set a mug in front of it. It has a good amount of storage space, as well. I like that some storage is open so guests can easily locate certain supplies, but there are also cabinets and drawers to put things away neatly. There is also a paper towel holder one one side and a shelf on the other side, which I use to hold my coffee containers. The kit comes with a choice of casters or legs. I went with the casters so it is easy to move to clean under and to reach the plug behind it.

Very few reviews for this butcher block cart and I fell for it.It is not sturdy, very cheap and wiggly, though it looks as if it is in my pic; I took the pic to prove that I bought and put it together. What a waste!1. You have the choice to put legs/feet on it or the wheels. If you want to move it around, wheels.The WHEELS ARE AWFUL AND DO NOT MATCH UP EASILY TO ROLL. It’s darned awful in that respect. To move it around will definitely break the whole thing.2. The shelf pegs don’t stay in and the screws on the pre-drilled parts don’t fit.3. The particle board is the slimmest and cheapest I’ve ever come across. It will come apart in no time. It is not strong nor stable!3. It took 3 hours to put together and the flimsiness was the reason.4. Do NOT waste your money on this way too expensive piece of junk. I’m only keeping it because my house flooded during Helene and I need a temporary counter top and storage but this thing is cheap as all, believe me as an unpaid and not a friend to this company reviewer.Do not pay attention to the high stars nor the reviews. This butcher block cart is as cheap as it gets.I’ve built another from another company so I know. This WILL NOT LAST EVEN A FEW MONTHS!

I looks nice, but if you bought it because it moves, you will be sorely disappointed. The wheel attachment is so shallow that the wheels will come off when you try to move it. You will need to buy materials to create a stronger attachment for the wheels to stay on.

I ordered the blue Nov '24. The island looks great and offers plenty of open and enclosed storage. Assembly was straightforward, and it’s a stylish addition to my space. However, it does wobble if moved too much, causing it to become unaligned. It’s fine if kept in one spot, but I wish it were sturdier.

I did alot of research before the purchase of this product! For me perfect size, color, storage and more! This islands came really well packaged, with every price labeled. It took my husband about 3 1/5 hrs to put together working over a bit of time doing some other things in between.I set up every wood piece in (letter) order across a long kitchen counter..Same with the hardware in (letter) order! A battery powered drill made the job easier and faster! Follow the instruction booklet in consistent order! Good luck hood you enjoy your counter as we have so far!! Also start building it on a table/counter/bench if you can then when together can be moved to floor! Doing everything in order is the key to success!!!!

Once you get it together it’s a reasonably solid kitchen island, but the instructions are poorly written. If you have plenty of experience putting stuff together, this shouldn’t be an issue.
