Removes contaminants while not adding new ones like other pitchers
I am waiting on my pitcher and I should receive it tomorrow. Ive seen videos on YouTube comparing water contaminants after the water was filtered by different water pitchers. This one took the cake because it removed contaminants while not adding any new ones. There were pitchers that removed more contaminants but added new ones to the water. This one did not do that so I went with this one. Hope it will work well. This one removed part of fluoride in the water, which matters to me. Right now I’m using Brita and it does not remove fluoride. I’ve seen a study that shows water quality impacts if in the future a person will have Parkinson’s disease, on top of environmental pollution, so I’m serious about having clean water and this is the step I’ve taken to do that.

My wife loved the product so much, she insisted I post her review
This is best purchase ever! I tried it the first thing it arrived. Just make sure to screw the filter part tighter and only pour water when the filter finish dripping.Best water I have ever tasted at home. The tea I made with this filtered water is like Starbucks. Soooo smmooooth!Best price compared to its high quality filter!I pour with only the bottom of the pitcher then there is no back flow issue. It his not really the design flaw. It is purely physics.I don’t think I want to drink outside water after this.

Great taste.
This water pitcher has given us the best water quality and taste of all the pitchers and kitchen faucet filters we have tried. there is no smell from the pitcher water. I also believe the filter will last . It is easy to fill and use have no problems with it.

Absolute Junk
This pitcher has multiple problems.1. The top does is not held in place securely. If you do not hold in on while you pour, it will come off and flood the area.2. The description headline calls this a 10 cup - 80 ounce - pitcher. In fact, if you add over 16 ounces, all of the water over that amount stays in the chamber above the filter. Unfiltered water to flows over the filter chamber and into your cup first. The filtered water remains in the bottom chamber.3 The least expensive filter sold sold by Epic is $15, but to get that price you need to buy multiples. If you expect to filter out fluoride, bacteria, virus, cyst, lead, chromium 6, PFOS, PFOA, heavy metals, OR pesticides be prepared to spend $54 for a single filter.4. The timer that tell you when to replace the filter is a simple countdown timer. It has nothing to do with the volume of water passed through the filter. This means that a household of one (mine) will get a replace filter warning just as soon as a household of four, or ten, or twenty. It makes no difference. This is complete garbage. Mine hit the recycling bin yesterday. The top came off and flooded my kitchen for the last time.

Water tastes good. Hope the pollutants are removed as promised.
The carafe is slow to filter which is good if it is filtering properly. Without testing at this end just have to take the sellers promises. The water tastes good so hopefully it’s a good sign. It fits in the door shelf. Unfortunately, half the height is taken up by the reservoir that holds the tap water which of course will remain empty after the water is filtered into the bottom of the carafe. The top and reservoir falls out if you tip the carafe nearly upside down to empty the contents.

Best filtered water ever!!
This pitcher is amazing. I've tried so many in the past but nothing compares to epicwater. It turns my tap water into water that tastes as good as or better than bottled water. Believe me, this is the last pitcher you will ever buy. It's Wonderful!

Stay healthy
Works as advertised takes sometimes 10-15 minutes for the water around through.Everyone should be used one of these as a note. The government right may roll back some restrictions on parts for Million, I don’t trust them get one of these.

pitcher needs major redesign
I have no complaints about the filtered water itself but the pitcher is a major fail on every count:1. Too big/heavy.The filter cartridge alone is heavy. Adding water weight and the large pitcher capacity, there is major dread factor every time I need to pick it up. I am a little old lady but I do work out with 10 lb weights regularly and still dislike exerting so much effort having to switch hands to keep this unasked-for workout even while pouring throughout the day.2. The lid is a disaster.A. The spout flap doesn't openThe flap on the spout keeps dust out but is hit or miss on actually opening to allow water to pour. Seemed like everyother pour resulted in a giant mess so I ended up taping the flap up in an open position. The hinge of the spout flapneeds to have a small gap like the pur pitcher so that it never fails to open.B. The entire lid can fall off while pouring.Especially if there is water in the unfiltered top water chamber, there is a chance the lid will pop right off whilepouring. The lid should have some kind of hinged latches to keep the lid in place despite the weight of the waterwhen pouring but allow for easy on/off.C. The circle flip top to refill water is pointlessThe flip lid does not open easily. Maybe the bump area is not high enough to provide leverage but it is a struggle toget this lid to flip open. Also, why do I want to struggle to aim a stream of water into this little hole? I prefer topop the entire lid off and fill water without worrying about aiming and failing.C. The lid is not washable. The lid cannot be immersed in water due to the timer. This is beyond ridiculous. The entire pitcher including the lid must be easily washable. The timer is a cute idea but should be something you can easily detach/reattach to the body or lid via a snap/slide etc. method.5. The filter process is slow. The filter may be superior to others but it is also extremely slow. I would rather buy two smaller sized pitchers instead of one ginormous one so that I can use one and be filling/filtering the other. Also smaller means lighter.6. The filtered water chamber should be bigger.Again, since the filtering takes so long, I would rather have a larger main chamber and make the unfiltered top chamber small. There is no getting around letting the pitcher sit in the sink to slowly keep filling up anyway (better than filling another pitcher with water to pour into this pitcher) so the bigger top reservoir doesn't really save any time or effort.
