I wore these to work once. It had minimal cushion which didn’t help my plantar fasciitis. To make matters worse it started rubbing against my foot in tender places despite me wearing socks. I had to take a break to get these out of my shoes because the rubbing they were doing against my foot would have resulted in blisters had I not removed them during my shift.

Just not for me, just better buying insoles instead

These did not work for me, actually made heel pain WORSE. Didn’t stay in place, poor fit/design.

It's been so good to walk again without all the discomfort. I've been diagnosed with bone spurs in both my feet. For some reason, my left foot is way worse than my right foot. These gel heels have helped me while wearing shoes. I've actually put them on my arch insoles that I got from the Good Feet store. When I have the insoles in and the gel padding on my heels, I have constant contact which seems like a must to help keep the pain away. I've also noticed that these work best in very flat, unsupported shoes (strap sandals, shoes with no cushion) and I'm not sure why. If I wear my Skechers (that feel like pillows), the gel heels cushions just don't work as well for comfort.If you have problems keeping them in place, try using the Velcro to attach to shoe. I have Velcro in most my shoes for the GF insoles to stay in place. I haven't needed to use Velcro on the gel heels because of the type of material it is (like a sticky hand toy you can slap on the wall).I hope my review helps for those suffering with heel pain. By the way, my husband started using them and says it really relieves some of the pain in his heels! We both agree that these heel insoles are not perfect about alleviating all the pain, but it's taken away enough to stand and walk for a couple of hours.

wouldn’t stay in shoe. Comfortable but ended up losing one in three days. disappointing
