looks well made, and high torque motor spins well
The pump looks well made. When I applied 12VDC it hummed well, and applied enough torque to the motor that the housing rotated a half turn before coming to rest. I'll have to install it in my car and drive it for a few thousand miles before I can report whether it works well in a car.
