no side effect like another pill i had before. Not working after a week use. After a week, I feel fuller eat less and no graving for food.usually a medium sweet potato( or half) enough to get me full for half a day.I do exercise for 30 min/ day and 5 day/ weeks.my weight remain same but i loose 1/2 inch in waist 1st week. Impressive....Cont. use...

I have used Oenobiol in the past with very good results (dropped two sizes) and needed to take it again after two years of letting go of my diet.... I am looking forward to reach the same results, which I must add, was also combined with extreme exercise three or four times a week, such as P90X and Insanity).

I haven' seen any kids of results from these. I hate taking pills, but with what it was said to do, I figured it was worth a try....complete waste of time and money!!!
