Mothers 10224 Reflections Spray Wax - 24 oz.

I looked everywhere for this product for years looking for surplus stock as this was discontinued a few years ago. I ended calling Mothers to see what their official "follow-up/next generation" of this product and I was suggested to try their California Gold spray wax, which works good. However, those that have used Mothers 10224 Reflections Spray Wax know the result are almost unrivaled for a spray wax. I ended buying 15 bottles, they arrived before the estimated delivery window even began (aug1-9th, they arrived today and I just used some on my car). If anyone was skeptical or wondering if this was the real deal, purchase some for yourself before I buy them all up lol :)

This is my first time using a spray wax, let alone Mothers Spray Wax. I was using a quick detailing spray that basically had synthetic wax properties built in and claimed to boost existing wax protection, but I wanted to go with a true spray wax. I applied this product after my car was washed and dried, but it can be applied when the car is still wet, I just decided to apply it when the car was completely dried off. I instantly saw the difference between a quick detailing spray and this spray wax. The spray wax seemed to cling to the paint more so than a quick detailing spray. It did bead up, but it didn't run off. And it wasn't hard for me to wipe it off, whereas someone else's review stated that it was hard to wipe off, most likely because their paint didn't have an wax or sealant protection on it already. As my microfiber towel became a little damp with the product, it was harder to wipe off, more or less was smeared around, but I was working in the sun, a nice cool day, but that's going to affect any product you use. I just didn't feel like pulling my car into the garage and the paint wasn't scorching hot. I chose to use one microfiber towel to wipe off the initial amount of wax and then I used a clean and dry MF towel to buff off any residue left over. Once I was done, my car looked just waxed and was nice and slick. I'm using this product for in-between waxing only. I already have 3 coats of Menzerna Power Lock sealant on my car already, so this spray wax is strictly a booster wax for me until I feel it's time that I need to wax my car again. I'm really crazy about how I keep my car clean, so I think anyone else like myself will appreciate this product. You get 24 ounces for under 10 bucks, great value, and Mothers is a well-known brand, so I don't think there's any way to go wrong. Just wish I could find this stuff in stores... for the convenience factor. I anticipate I'll be buying this product in the future.

Mothers reflections spray wax is a nice finishing touch to your car paint surface after a good car wash, leaving a nice silky smooth finish to the touch. Here in the brutal Florida sun it does provide a nice easy protection to your car paint, leaving a nice shine..

Well delivery started out bad. The bottle was cracked at the bottom and half the liquid was in the plastic bag surrounding bottle. No worries though, I contacted Amazon and I was sent a new bottle within the next two days. I love Amazon! OK now the product review. For the price this is a pretty good wax. I own a lot of waxes. Just spray on and buff off with clean microfiber towel. Make sure car is clean first. This is not as thin as the spray detailers you can use to pick up some stray dust and dirt between washes. This seems more like a spray wax after car is already fairly clean.

I use this product after I wash the car or when I do a complete washing with, Spray wax, Top coat and then I apply the spray wax. The shine is deep and reflective. Even my car dealership won't wash my car, as they do not want to screw up the shine.

All of these years I have been using the regular mother's spray wax. The Reflections product makes the spray wax looks like a quick detailer suitable for use with clay bar. This product is absolutely amazing. I use it on so many different things. My eyeglasses, our black stovetop, Automotive purposes, this is a phenomenal Product that lasts much longer You will thank me. At least I hope so'!!!!

Love, Love, Love using this on my car, however I've ordered this twice and the 1st time I ordered it the bottle was cracked. I had another bottle to put it in so I was okay. But I order more this time and 3 of the 6 bottles I received were cracked. Need a better shipping cushion.

OMG! I was using the "regular" Mother's spray wax between my Collinite 845 waxings. This stuff takes the in-between cleanings to a whole other level. The Refections spray wax appears to be more cream-like than the regular spray wax product from Mother's. Still goes on easily and comes off with a light buff. This is now my go to spray wax! Collinite 845 once a month and Mother's Reflections Spray Wax as desired can't be beat.

Works way better than advertised. Far superior product than Chemical Guys and Meguirs Ultimate Spray Wax. Got it for a steal.

Works very well and easy to apply. Smooth and shiny without the oily/greasy feel.Even if it accidentally goes on glass, it's works well and easy to clean off.

Bought this because I had already used the other Mothers products of wax and top coat. I should point out that this can be used on a wet or dry surface, and so far I have used it on a wet surface.The previous coat of wax (Mothers) that I had applied a few weeks beforehand was losing it's fine beading property. This is most likely due to the high quantity of fine ash in the air near where I live (Open Cast Mine) causing the surface to become rough quicker than normal. Note that the beading had not gone, it still allowed a good run off of water, but the beads were much larger than when just applied.I had used a clay sponge on the surface to remove the rough ash particles and just then a short shower covered the car in fresh beads of water. I then used the spray wax, applying it with a micro fibre cloth. I left it for a few minutes and then used another micro fibre cloth to buff off the residue. Note that this was really easy, and it took me only a couple of minutes to buff the entire car. Within a few minutes the next rain shower came along, only this time the beading was back to the fine beads.I only used a small amount of the wax, with 6 squirts being enough to cover the entire roof and rear spoiler, so would expect this to last a long time. It's been over a week since I applied the coat of spray wax, and each day we have had a shower. The beading is still very fine, and I have noticed that the ash is not sticking to the car as much as it used to. The shine is very good, and more than matches more expensive waxes I have used in the past.I can highly recommend this product, and it would be ideal for the person who washes their car every week. A quick covering with this after each wash and your car would look great. The only drawback (if you can call it a drawback) is that is smells quite strongly (like some household cleaners). It is not unpleasant, and although the car does not smell after a day, the smell if you get it on your hands can linger for a couple of days (so best to use gloves).I will report further after a couple of months to let all know the longevity (I don't wash my car every week).UPDATE - After about 3 weeks, the beading had gone from fine to larger beads of water after a shower. Rather than apply more wax, I simply used some detailer spray to wipe down the paint surface. Immediately the fine beading returned, and now it has been almost 2 weeks since using the detailer spray, and each shower is still resulting in fine beading. Also, I have had a couple of times when the local birds used my car as a bombing range. The mess was easily removed with some detailer spray on a microfiber cloth.

I've used everything from Meguiar's, to Chemical Guys, to Soft 99 Fusso ("Luxury Gloss") to Sonax Brilliant Shine Detailer and this is the most impressive spray wax yet. Easy on and off, extreme slickness (excellent "self cleaning" properties - dirt doesn't stick well at all) and pretty solid water beading. Definitely an overlooked product that nobody talks about, but it's right up there.
