Delighted with it.Good value for money

I purchased the Nuband which arrived about a week ago but having technical problems with it! It was working fine for the first 5 days but then failed to sync with my iphone on the 6th day! When I tap it twice the red triangle lights up (which is the sync reminder) and when i plug it in my iphone it shows up as syncing but then there is no data and the red triangle just appears! I have tried reloading the app but the same thing happens! It's also fully recharged! There is no support line or website I can find and Amazon doesn't give the option to contact seller for this item? It is a really innovative product and would give it 5 stars if I could get it working!!!

What a pile of rubbish !!I bought this one and stopped working after 1 day. I contacted nuband who in fairness replaced it with the upgrade of nuband activ ! However .... Sitting here now typing this review is has recorded 1534 steps !It's not accurate, it's not reliable and I wouldn't recommend it (either version)

I would give this zero stars if I could. Awful product that would never sync with my phone and a total lack of customer support online. Absolutely disgusted with this total rip-off.

i bought it as a nobody need, see what happens. so it is. good for scrap. i wasted 99 euro just for nothing than open the tray taking it in. software downloaded. not only its in chinese, it needs communication to your pics, the cam and microphone of phone.as a result of this. re-installed the smart since you never know.... better leave it in the packaging. this is just most famous bulls*** ever seen.
