This is a well-made slide viewer and everything works as explained on the website. I wanted it to preview old slides before digitizing them. However.... from the main website picture, it looks like the slide is magnified large enough to fit in the 3"x3" window. But it is not. You still have to look down inside the viewing window to see the slide, and it really isn't much bigger than the original slide size. That was misleading for me. It does work well, the slides slide in easily, the backlight is good, the image quality is as good as the quality of the original slide, and the slide pops out nicely. Well made, the instructions are easy to understand, and the price is right.

Very happy with this purchase, it is simple to use, the slides are easy to see and so far the battery life has been very good. I bought it for my elderly mom to look through a big box of old slides to choose some to digitize and she hasn't had any problems doing so. The image quality is fine, it's bright enough for her to easily see the slides and they are large enough to see if its something she wants to keep.

I have tons of old slides and I bought this slide viewer to go through them and get rid of the ones that are not worth keeping. It seems to be high quality and it works as it should. It's not really meant to view slides as clearly as they would present on a screen with a projector but it's great for the purpose that I used it for. I was having trouble getting it to eject the slides into the tray but found that I was in too much of a hurry, hold the eject button down for a couple of seconds and it works very well.

This is a great product. I was going to return it because I couldn’t figure out how to get the slides in it. But then I read the directions. It’s very easy to use, but read the directions.

So far, so good! I tried with the batteries and also with just the USB cord, and both lit up well. I viewed about 50 slides, and the unit did not get hot, and stayed well-lit with batteries. Just what I needed to quickly view slides. Works well, Easy to use, but the slides do get stuck if you have too many in the 'discard' area, so you have to remember to empty that.

I have loads of family slides from my childhood, and I needed to sort through them to choose which ones I wanted to send off to a company to digitize. It is easy to use, which made sorting a few hundred slides a breeze. It was a plus to find that if I zoomed in on the viewing screen and angled my phone just so, I could get a half decent snap shot to send to my sister for a good laugh over our childhood antics.

This is absolute junk. It had the bottom partially opened when I went to use it. I thought at first that was the battery compartment but it wasn't, I could see wires and a motherboard type of thing. I tried to look at a slide but it didn't fit, my slides which i think are pretty standard size were too big. So I returned it.
