Good product

I purchased a total of 6 Murphy 20W LED Oval Shape Bulkhead Wall Lamps, and overall, I am quite happy with the purchase. The build quality feels decent, and the brightness is very good for outdoor use. For the first month, everything worked perfectly. After about 1 month of usage, one of the lights had its outer cover fall off. I managed to fix it temporarily using glue and tape, and it worked fine for a while. However, after 3 months, that particular light stopped working completely. My assumption is that because the cover had come loose earlier, moisture must have entered the light, damaging the internal parts. When I removed and tested it, I found the inner circuitry to be made of relatively cheap material, which was a bit disappointing given the overall good look and brightness. Warranty & Service Experience I knew the product came with a 2-year warranty, so I decided to give it a try and raised a complaint with Murphy. The team asked me to share photos and videos of the faulty light. Honestly, I wasn’t very hopeful, but to my surprise, they responded quickly and readily promised a replacement without any fuss. The dispatch did take some time, but the replacement was shipped, and I am currently awaiting delivery. This quick and hassle-free warranty support was a pleasant surprise and gives me more confidence in the brand. Final Thoughts (So Far) Except for the one faulty light, the other 5 have been performing very well. The brightness, design, and overall usability are very good for outdoor areas like balconies, stairways, or entrances. I only wish the internal build quality was more durable.
