So happy! Was worried about getting this book late and it arrived 2 weeks earlier than expected! Also the book was brand new, on had a name written on the cover. Thank you, highly recommend !

The CDs that are essential to learning this material were missing. I had to get them elsewhere to complete my tasks.

The workbook for phonetics is really good. It has flashcards at the end where you could test yourself and see how well you know the material. It is a really good practice for me. Thank you amazon

Flashcards had been ripped out of back of book.

The book did not meet my expectations. It has writing all the way through it and is useless for the class I need it for.

The book and CDs arrived in "new" condition as advertised, even though I purchased them as used, saving about $20. I was thrilled!
