Beautiful collection
Lovely anthology. I read little bits and pieces at a time. Gives me a lot to think about, we should all be reading more peotey and literature from people who've been marginalized by society.

Incredible Collection
Absolutely excellent! This collection is well curated, moving, deep, and evocative. It works well and uses curation not as a limitation but a strength. The poems included are pure magic. I would recommend this book the everyone — absolutely essential!

Queer voices
I'm not much of a poetry reader, but ran across this book in a bookstore while visiting one of the gayborhoods of San Francisco. It's cathartic to read about the pain shared by queer POC. It's cathartic to read about the feelings of longing, a universal human trait, tinged with the higher stakes of queer love often being harder to find. Both love from another and love for our own queer identities and bodies.I really enjoyed the uniqueness of each author's writing style. Each had a distinctive voice.

Blessed by words
Beautiful to have so many poets of distinction in one collection. Saddening to think this may be the first queer POC collection to be published. May this be one of many...
