I love this product, I had bought this twice and I will continue to buy it. I am on a keto diet and I use this to make syrup for my almond flour pancakes, it is delicious and it does not make my blood sugar to spike, and for the record I test my blood sugar before eating and two hours later, just to make sure. (July 28th 2018) I am just adding to my previous comment, I had bought this product twice already, as my second jug (5 lbs) is ending I was preparing to order my third, but what a surprise I got when I saw the price. I am really sorry that you made the decision of almost doubling the price, I'd love to buy it again , but at this price I can not afford it. I hope you reconsider your pricing (August 17/2018) I am really happy to inform that as the price went down again I got myself another 5 lbs jug of this marvelous syrup. Thank you for listening!!! 11/03/18 as of today the price went up again. I guess good things don't last. 06/27/19 I bought another 5 lbs jug of this marvelous produc, this time the price was a little higher but still affordable, I continue to use this syrup, I am on keto and still does not make my blood sugat up. I recommend this product.

Omg I absolutely love this product, I am a diabetic and was missing syrup and other sweets made with kayro syrup. When I found this I was sooo excited. I bought the smallest one not knowing if I would like it, needless to say I love it. I was however very disappointed when I go to order it again it was no longer available. To my surprise after checking on it every day it was finally back, I got 5lbs this time, but it says once again no longer available, I hope that's not true. I see where some of your customers are saying it has no taste,it's bad, and it spiked their sugars, well that's just not true, it has never spiked my sugar and it taste amazing. I can't sing this products praises loud enough. It's delicious 😋 and I'm also on keto and has not knocked me off. Everyone is different on how their bodies process foods so if you are on keto of your diabetic just give it a try and see if it's something you can eat, what's the harm in trying and it's not expensive either. I purchased this to do a comparison with the more well known brand of IMO syrup that has plenty of reviews here on Amazon. Overall, this syrup tastes really good. I took one star off because it does have a slight aftertaste. The aftertaste is hard to explain. It's not exactly pleasant, but by no means is it unpleasant. I would say this brand is definitely ideal as your default brand for IMO syrup that you can use in 99.95% of your recipes. The .05% encompasses the few very basic recipes where you would use 3 ingredients or less. Recipes like quick maple syrup (which is nothing more than maple extract and IMO syrup) or simple syrup (IMO syrup and a flavored extract/flavored stevia). The slight aftertaste of this syrup really is going to make it taste slightly off and it carries over to food or drink you're adding it to. The maple extract with this brand of syrup still did not off-set the after-taste. It wasn't something a little extra butter on the pancakes couldn't solve, but you get the point. Without a shadow of a doubt, this is definitely a great purchase and one that is worth ADDING to your cabinet. I wouldn't fully replace the other well-known brand with it. But due to the price point of the other well known brand, this is an extremely viable alternative. I would say that you should keep both brands in your cabinet. If you need to have something that absolutely just cannot have an aftertaste... no matter how faint it may be, then use the more well-known brand sparingly. For everything else, use this brand. You won't regret it.

It might be hard to believe, but whey protein power and this syrup make excellent cookies. Soft chewy center with crisp edges, not cakey at all. It is possible to have delicious sugar free, fat free cookies, that have high fiber and protein at minimal calories. The only real down side is the fiber level is totally off the chart. I personally can handle one large cookie, but 2 is pushing the limit.

Love it. I can make keto/low carb sauces that need a certain amount of thickness without having to use a starch thickener. It's not as sweet as sugar, but I can add a bit of liquid Splenda and it picks up the sweetness just fine. Add some imitation maple flavoring and you have a pretty legit maple syrup substitute for protein pancakes or whatever, without the side effects of most sugar alcohols.

It's a great product but way overpriced. When I originally purchased this product I thought it was way overpriced at the time. Now the price has doubled. This will be my last purchase of this product until the price comes down. I suggest we all do the same unless you prefer to support greed. Think about it! $10 dollars a pound for a flipping condiment!!!

If you are trying to live a low sugar lifestyle mix this with maple extract pour over pancakes and you will be surprised how good!

I was quite disappointed with this. It's tasteless and I have to add stevia instead. it's also less volume than before, and more expensive than before. The only good quality is that it works as a bulk agent.
