I liked this probiotic. I have tried many probiotics to help me with constipation and gastritis. Most of the times I didn’t feel any difference. But this is actually helping! I’ve been going to the bathroom regularly. I liked that it contains Inulin and the appetite suppressant is a plus.

I don't normally react to probiotics so was surprised when I got massive diarrhea after taking 1 cap. I can only assume it's the inulin. I didn't realize this had inulin... not sure why they feel the need to add that. I would not purchase again.

This did not agree with my system. After taking it for several days (with several glasses of water), I had severe constipation along with GI pain. After doing some research, apparently some people do not initially react well to this probiotic. I bought this because of the health benefits I saw listed in a YouTube video, but decided to stop taking it. After stopping it, I felt well once again.

This product is great. I became aware of this strain of probiotic through a longevity newsletter. The author recommended a much pricier brand (with affiliate kickbacks for him). This does a better job than the pricey brand.
