Got to say this hernia belt is unbelievable. Fantastic quality for the price, and really has helped me carry on doing the things I love. Doc told me not to go to the gym or play golf while I wait for my Op with the NHS. No date yet, but they are hoping to fit me in before 2037. Anyway, I strap my belt on and it keeps your hernia nice and flat and supported, bit of a wedgy feel with the under strap, and it needs to be placed correctly to the side of your Crown Jewels for maximum comfort, but after a few training sessions and a few 18 holers you get used to it. It’s not too evident you’ve got it on, but due to the position it sits you do have to make some adjustments to your belts or pants to accommodate it. Overall I’d give this a 10/10. I can lift light weights and play golf without being scared I’m doing more damage.

I’m on the waiting list for my hernia op (second time for me)!! NHS said should be able to do it sometime in the next 325 years so in the mean time need some help! It’s been manageable up till now but last week or so it’s so painful! Bought this 3 days ago and feel like I’ve won the lotto tbh!! Comfy enough to wear and completely pushes it back in and keeps the pain away while wearing!! Genius!!

It is no exaggeration to say this has been a life changer. Having looked for belts, some of which looked like some form of straitjacket, I decided to give this one a try because it looked simple in its design and many reviews are positive. After months of daily pain this has massively improved my quality of life because pain is no longer an issue when I am wearing it because it provides good support. I found it easy to put on from the begining. It took me a day or two to get used to adjusting it to get it just right but after that, no problem. I find it easier to put on when I am lying down. Another important point is it is comfortable and I quickly found it to be virtually unnoticable when wearing. I have since ordered another. Quality appears good and good value. Size wise it fits me well. I am certainly pleased with this product.

I was recommended to buy a hernia support by the consultant at the local hospital following an emergency appointment. I have had an hernia since 2014 that had not caused me any problems until a fortnight ago following a coughing fit. Following the consultant's advice I reviewed a number of supports and finally settled on this one. I must admit it is a brilliant piece of kit and noticed a huge difference from the moment I started to wear it. It gives great support all day and is not uncomfortable. OK as my hernia is on the right I now have to dress my tackle on the left which feels a bit odd and the strap that goes underneath the groin feels like you have a permanent wedgie. Not an issue as this belt gives you great support. Highly recommended for anyone who has a hernia and needs some support.

Just not supporting the area

Straps and cushion ball is Very bulky so not comfortable to wear during day under clothes. Does not also help with inguinal hernia relief as belt moves and does not stay on place due to it being very bulky. May be more suitable for stomach hernia

This belt helped me get back to the gym. Of course, it's not entirely comfortable, but it's very effective. I wear it all the time, only taking it off to sleep. It's supposedly not a cure, but is it really? My intestinal hernia is disappearing. Before, I couldn't even sneeze because it would balloon up, but now it's gone. I'll only wear it for a while longer and only when exercising (gym/work). In short, it's uncomfortable, inconvenient, and visible through clothing (it sticks out), but it's very effective. I recommend it to anyone who visits this site for a specific purpose.

I bought this binder more than a year ago. I’ve used it about every other day. It’s done its job well - it minimizes the bulge, and eliminates the pain, from my inguinal hernia. It’s sturdy and well-constructed. The elastic is starting to warp a little now. I’m getting ready to buy a new one. Pros: Does the job well. Built well. Cons/Limitations: - Elastic will eventually wear out. - If you don’t fasten the velcro strips in perfect alignment, they can irritate the skin on your hip/thigh a bit. - A little bit bulky - you wouldn’t wear it with a skin-tight bodysuit. My other binder is lower-profile - it’s made of neoprene, designed by a surfer guy. A little pricier than this one. I like both. I might prefer the neoprene one for sweaty activities (summer exercise outdoors), and would definitely prefer it for swimming. But this one is a little more effective in keeping the hernia in place. Overall I like this one a little better.
