5 stars because of customer service!I bought this bike back in July for christmas, for my grandson. I decided to put it together sooner than later. Good thing I did because the handle didn't click together with the head and wheels. The parts were misaligned. I contacted customer service, and after some back and forth communication, and suggestions, they sent me a new handle. Unfortunately that didn't work either. After a couple more emails, 15 altogether, they decided to send me a complete new one, and I didn't have to send the other back. It arrived in a timely matter. Clicked together perfectly, it didn't take more than a couple of minutes, and I have an adorable, safe ride, for my boy. Patience and kindness rules the day.

The media could not be loaded. This little bike is so adorable my son loves it. It definitely helped him learn to walk and balance. The seat adjusts to fit his size and my little man really enjoys it! I would buy again!

Easy assembly. A little wobbly at the rear if child is unable to touch floor with feet. Otherwise no issues and cute that the eyes turn when the handle bar is turned. Again just make sure child fits it.

I love the style, the seat is longer and softer than I thought it would be, which is much appreciated! The little eyes turn side to side when the handlebars are turned. It is a super sturdy bike and I was impressed with the packaging of this baby balance bike, with foam zip-tied to protect the slide in connectors. They even provided extra parts in case we dropped or lost some!My 15 month old baby is not quite tall enough (but she is very short for her age), she can touch her feet on both sides, but not quite enough to move it. This is good for us, as it will last a long time and not be too small for her when she really wants to scoot around in a few more months! It is rated for 10 months to 3 years old.

This little bike was perfect for a toddler. It has excellent details and the fun little eyes move back and forth when you turn the handles to steer. It's the perfect size and it glides very smoothly on wood floors or outdoors.Definitely recommend this product.

I got this bike for my little grandson for Christmas. I know it's a little early because he's only 10 months old, but he's growing so quickly that it will be no time at all and he'll be able to use it. This is just a balance bike. You only use your feet to move the bike- the bike is balanced to even turn the handlebars without tipping the bike over. It's got a comfortable seat and really nice little hand grips for his hands to hold on to. The wheels have covers on them so there's nothing there to get fingers or anything else caught in them. It's a very safe little bike. I really like it and I think it'd be a great present.

Assembly was easy, The quality was great. I know these things are wildly popular already, but they are for a solid reason. It come with a fill set of spare bits (screw, spring clips and Stickers).Didn't actually realize the eyes moved left and right with the steering which was funny when we noticed it. My 18 month old is quite tall for her age and this is an ideal height for her at this stage. still room to grow into it for a bit longer.Once it was assembled, I put it in front of her and she just wanted to hop straight onto it. Which was surprising, she has been on similar ones but not interested in them. Great balance bike, totally worth it.
