Another Scott Hahn great book.

Wow! By the grace of God, I was blown away by this book! In these pages, I was given great insight into the profound relationship between Scripture and Liturgy and how we participate in the saving grace of Christ. I am astounded by the fact that the Liturgy makes present "the works brought about by God in the history of salvation." (p. 101 quoting John Paul II) and that I'm able to share in their graces today!In my opinion, this is the best work by Dr. Scott Hahn so far. It is warmly written coming from his heart as well as his mind. I enjoyed how he interwoven the themes of covenant, tradition, economy of salvation, typology, and mystagogy.This book helped me to revitalized my knowledge and participation in the sacraments. I am very grateful to God and to Dr. Scott Hahn.

If there is ever any doubt that the Mass (liturgy) and Scripture are not related and intertwined, read this book. It is easily readable and reminds the reader of the Covenantal relationship that God has with humanity and how we renew that Covenant each and every Mass.

This is another super book with super insight from Scott Hahn about the relationship of scripture in the liturgy.

Scott brings such a great perspective to all his writings. As a Protestant minister to a Catholic scholar he is able to breakdown the most complex topics and explain them so even a novice can understand but a theologian will also get a lot from his writings.

Clearly explained in depth are the liturgy-to-scripture and scripture-to-liturgy connections. Reading and studying this book is reinforcing my weekly parish Bible study classes. I appreciate Dr. Hahn's writing style.

His books are easy to read and understand, and his perspective in insightful. Reading his books has helped me tremendously with my diaconate studies. I have used his material in some of my RCIA classes when explaining certain aspects of Catholicism.

This is the best of Hahn's books that I have read. It did a great job to prove the point that the liturgy (sacramental worship in the Church) is the natural habitat of the Scriptures.
