Anti-Aging Secret!
We add 2 Tablespoons of Bob's wheat germ every morning to fruit and/or to our oatmeal. Wheat germ has "spermidine" (stupid name I know), but spermidine found in wheat germ is known to aid in healthy longevity, improved cognitive performance and memory. And only 2 T daily gets you enough spermidine to serve as a powerful anti-aging compound. In fact in peer-reviewed studies, spermidine has been shown to modulate aging, suppress the occurrence and severity of age-related diseases, and prolong lifespan. It's 2 T a day people. Just throw it in your cereal, your oatmeal, mix it in with berries and some soy milk.
