This was a bit time consuming to put together - many pieces, but the instructions were clear, and the product was all there and for the price and am very pleased with the finished product.

Great Look/Feel - Missing items was a let down!
This has been sitting in my cart for months. Arrived in 2 parts which I didn’t know contacted the seller responded back within a day. It took 3 hours to build. To find out we are missing the LED lights and the remote. I wrote the seller again no response yet for missing items which is a let down. But I do love the look and feel.

The media could not be loaded. I could not love this piece more!! You can choose from so many beautiful colors and different flame types so it feels like a new every time I turn it on. The quality is great and it has transformed my living room into the coziest room of the house.
