I am OBSESSED with Brumate! wasn’t a water tumblr person at ALL (I owned none except free ones that I get from events) until this Resa and here’s why…Color: I originally got the dune color, then the sage for my fiance. The colors are DARKER in person, but I actually ended up really loving that for the dune color especially! The colors on the Amazon and on the Brumate website makes it look pale or like a neutral white, but it’s actually dune as they say. As in, it’s white if the sun is shining on it, and slightly soft pastel pink like the sand when the sun hits it at sunrise. I love it. I included a couple pictures attached so you can see what I mean. I don’t really like pure white cups because they are so common, so this beige/light pink color was a nice change. The sage is also darker in person (and not a pastel sage).Leakproof: Like many of the reviews say, it’s truly leakproof IF you use tighten the cup all the way and turn the locking mechanism to the U at the top. I also learned that you have to use the straw attachment it comes with, otherwise it won’t be a perfect seal for some reason. I learned this when I was washing the straws on both the Era and Resa and it leaked when I turned it over (to test), so just keep that in mind!Stays cold: Stays cold for at least 24 hours. I haven’t tried longer just because I always end up finishing my water before then. I’ve also never tried hot liquids in it because I use it for water only.Easy to clean: Everything can be taken apart, especially the silicon base! I loved that because it gave it a nice soft landing when you set it down, felt nice to hold, and prevents scratches from happening.Ergonomics: LOVE the handle. I always end up carrying my bag, phone, and keys in my hand so if I had the side handles (which the Era does), I wouldn’t be able to hook my hand through like I could on the Resa. It’s also less heavy in general if you carry from the top-handle.Accessories: this is not needed because it’s leakproof, but I got the straw caps separately from Brumate to have an exact color-match and also because I can’t stand knowing bacteria and dirt will get on the straw when I’m traveling. The cap is MAGNETIC which is brilliant, so I won’t lose it!Conclusion: I loved my Resa so much I bought the same color for the Era for home, and so I can swap them out when I wash and dry one! I actually drink more water now too because of the straw. I feel crazy that I might actually get more than two colors, maybe to five.. someone help me… all that to say, it’s so great so brace yourself if you take the chance to buy one.Improvements/Asks: A 25oz with the side-handle would be nice. Currently there’s only a 25 oz Resa or a 30 oz Era and it’s just slightly too heavy to carry 30 oz on a side-handle tumblr. Also wish the straw caps came with this (or didn’t always sell out on Amazon) and wish you could purchase the silicon straw top piece separately in case it breaks. Currently the only option is to repurchase the whole bottle…

Bought this for a friend because I LOVE my erra. The only down side to that model is that the handle on the side makes it impossible to put in a backpack water bottle pocket. I'm always worried im going to lose it during air travel because I want it to be more accessible than in my main backpack compartment, but that means I have to hold it everywhere and I worry I'll leave it behind. Not to mention, trying to set it down temporarily in the plane sometimes means it gets knocked around and the straw touches chairs, carpet, or one time even my husband's shoe. ICK.When I saw this version with the strap, I automatically KNEW it would be perfect for my friend, who is also on the go all the time. Now that I've seen her using it every day with ease I'm SO jealous. The erra has its perks, but I'm gonna have to pick up this version for myself sooner or later.

This is the best designed water bottle out there. I have owalas and Stanley’s but this is beyond both companies. The silicone straw, the way it actually separates completely to clean and the boot is amazing. The whole water bottle has a nice weight to it and so does the lid section, it feels like it’s high quality. I got the 25oz because I never use my xxl bottles, I just ignore them because they don’t fit in my fridge water dispenser section and they carry funny because they weigh so much. I wish this 25oz came in vivid magenta though! 10/10 buy it!

Great quality tumbler with very convenient and nice features. I try to minimize the amount of plastics I am exposed to especially in my drinking cups. A lot of tumblers have plastic straws but this is one of the few with a metal straw. There is a small amount of plastic still used for the cup but I think this is better than all plastic. The locking mechanism for the cup is easy to use and works well. The silicone upper straw is a nice touch as well. The cup is easy to clean and has a nice little handle to make carrying very easy. The cup itself keeps my drink insulated well and very easy to hold and handle.

Great product! I bought the Brumate after using Stanley for so long and I don’t believe I will go back. I work in healthcare and the ability to close the straw/lid is amazing! I do believe it’s more durable and less likely to dent. I like the colors offered and that you can have a top handle instead of a side handle for comfort in transporting. I can easily throw is in my bag without worrying it may leak. It’s also extremely easy to take apart to clean!

It’s a nice jug that keeps the water cool. But I find it inconvenient opening and closing it. The label peeled off after three washibgs by hand that showed the sip or seal side, so now I find it hard to know if it’s open or closed. I’m not totally happy.

This cup is 100% amazing. We attend many sporting events and it is east for me to throw on my wrist and lug a toddle on my waist while chasing my 12 year old from court to court. I love that it truly does not spill. It is work every dollar! I love that it can fit in my cup holder in my car and that my ice water stays cold until the next day. For a sports mom trying to get her water intake in, I would say this is the cup to go with! Also, extremely easy to clean!! And who does not love a bright neon green!

FREAKIN' LOVE THIS! Neon pink is such a happy color! I love the size and how well it fits in my vehicle's cup holder. I love the handle; it is much easier to carry when your hands are full (carrying multiple items). No need to purchase plastic/rubber tips for this cup, and I love that. One thing I did not see mentioned when I ordered this, but I got it anyway, hoping it would also work for hot beverages, and was very happy to discover it is excellent for hot coffee or tea.
