Beautiful.Easy to put together, did need an extra pair of hands at the end to get the pump positioned properly in the fountain.The water cascades down beautifully.Good value, looks very elegant.

The seller is impossible to contact about this product
The fountain itself is good enough, but I had trouble assembling it. In step 5 you're instructed to attach the internal hose to the pump, which is difficult because the hose is barely long enough. In trying to attach it, the mid bowl assembly fell to the floor and the collar broke off. I have tried to contact the seller or the manufacturer to see if I can obtain a replacement for the broken mid bowl, but there is no contact information in the Amazon listing, or the the Titimo website which is actually a dedicated Amazon page. I have tried 2 different adhesives to repair it, but the resin material is difficult to repair. I can't recommend this item given the trouble I'm having. Unless I can find a way to contact someone, I may be out nearly $200.

A piece of junk
A real piece of junk. arrived with a piece broken off and not even in the box. Also 2 bowls leak water. Do not purchase this item or any other item that this vendor sells on Amazon. The vendor wants me to pay for shipping costs to return the item and the shipping cost is more than i paid for the item. So the vendor is getting away with robbery.

Came with no pump, and took a month to get here

Thirsty fountain!
The media could not be loaded. This fountain drinks like a camel! If you don't mind adding a bucket of water every 2 days, you're in business! Construction seems sturdy and hoping it lasts a long while. You can see by the video it looses lots of water by splashing, which I think would be true of all fountains. It is only in sun half the day and only on 8 hours a day since we bought a timer for it, so it can't be evaporation in this cool Florida winter but for $200, we are pleased with it. Seller was awesome to get it out quicker than expected so made it in time for birthday!
