This works great. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it is very hard to get the adhesive residue off my foot and heel after I remove the tape. I take the tape off in the shower, then use a nail brush and soap to try to get it off and I still have little black pieces of adhesive stuck to my skin. Other than that, it is sturdy, works well, and if you need to, you can shower and wear it again the next day because it sticks so well.

I love this tape I have alot of pain due to carpal tunnel. I am trying hard to not have surgery

I use these pre-cut strips almost daily. They are easy to remove with minimum residue from adhesive. Great flexibility and excellent support while keeping the blood flow in my joints and avoiding inflammation. I put on subscription because I use it so much. Thank you.
