Rugged Transformer
Pros:Sturdy - no wobbling. Does not slide or tip AT ALL. A very good weight to it.Durability - tough. This thing will take a beating. Few moving parts, and the parts that do move are simple and sturdy. Will wait and see how long it lasts...Versatility - Holy... Moly... The things you can do with this bad boy! Your imagination is the limit. Will take pics and share, if I get bored enough.Storage - There's a little storage pocket inside. I did not foresee using this feature, but it actually comes in handy for yoga straps, clips, ear buds, a couple small weights (which even adds more to the already good stability). Also, you can store this thing anywhere. Without the feet, it's low profile. Or you could leave it out as a piece of furniture. That's what I'm doing.Aesthetics - It just looks cool.Cons:Length/Height - This may not work for taller people. I am 5'8", and broad. It worked perfectly for all positions. Maybe someone 5'10 and up, it wouldn't be ideal. Can't say for sure. May hafta get a buddy to come test drive it. Will letchu guys know how that goes.Price - I am alright with what I paid for it, not ecstatic but... I was ready to return it if it got here, and I deemed it lackluster in *any* way whatsoever. If it had been less sturdy, or not fit me, I'd have immediately returned it. As it is, it kind of blew away my expectations. So, I get it. It's expensive. It may not be worth it for everyone.Comfort - I read all the reviews regarding the "bumps" on the surface of this piece of equipment. Let's be real. It's a Transformer. It's a stepper that is also a bunch of other things. If the bumps bug you enough, put a mat down or suck it up. It's not bad at all, but I can see some with somatic sensitivities not liking this feature. To that I'd say, use your yoga mat or something. It's a good piece of gear. Worth it.ConclusionBoss piece of gear. Reebok did an excellent job. Now go out and get your grind on! Oorah.

Nice workout deck
I got this because I live in a small space but wanted to add to my "home gym." Because I can't have a lot of items or large items I decided to get this because it works as a step, bench, can be folded different ways, and can be used with resistance bands. It's very sturdy. Some reviews complained about the bumps and honestly I haven't noticed them during workouts.Firstly, I'm short - so some resistance band workouts I've had to modify the height of the bench or I can't get enough tension on the bands. Being able to raise and lower the back rest to different heights definitely helped for this issue.I've done a few step workouts with it lowered and really enjoy being able to do that type of cardio on some days but then raise it up to do more strength training. I have noticed that certain moves (I've been following deck workouts on YouTube) that you have to really have perfect position or it will slide. For example- I was doing a plank type move resting my feet on the bench. The move required me to bring my feet forward then hop them back on the bench. The bench kept wanting to tip toward me because I needed to place my feet more toward the center and not the edge. That's probably more of a user error than the bench, but something to consider. I also was doing a hip raise move where my back rested on the bench but I was having issues keeping myself up on the bench. Not sure if that was also a height issue (I'm 5' even.)Another thing to consider is that there are not many workouts to follow along with using the deck. I like to watch videos on YouTube or fitness apps but have had a lot of trouble finding workouts for this deck.Overall I like this deck and think it's a great item to have for a small home gym if you are restricted on space.

Easy to use, compact, and perfect for a portable home gym
This bench arrived quickly at my doorstep, and upon opening the giant box it came in, I was filled with excitement for my morning workout the next day. I have commandeered my husband's man-cave in our basement as my work-out space and this dual-purpose bench/step is exactly what I needed for my mini-home gym that I set up and take down each morning. The first thing I noticed about the bench is that it is sturdy. It came pre-assembled, no parts to tangle with, and though it did not have any instructions, the design was fairly intuitive. (Turn it upside down, pull the legs up until they nap into space, flip it around and you have a flat bench. Pull the lever to lift the bench up and use the obvious handle to put the bench into the position you want. To close the bench, just use the handle to slide the bench flat again). The bench is heavy that it won’t move around on you, but it’s light enough to pick up and move as needed without too much effort.I was hesitant to purchase this bench based on the reviews and the fairly large investment for a hunk of rubber and plastic, but after some debate, I figured I would use the bench as a stepper, if nothing else. Turns out, I can use this for so many different things, and I did not have to be scared by the negative reviews. One of the chief complaints about this bench is that it’s too small. For the average male, it will probably be too small, but it fits my 5’5 frame perfectly. I am currently doing the Beachbody program Body Beast which includes a lot of weight lifting with a bench. As someone who is a beginner, this bench has met my needs and will continue to do so for a long time. The bench is not as high as a standard bench but is sufficient for new to intermediate athletes.Another one of the complaints was the hard rubber surface. I haven’t had any issues. The rubber is hard but hasn’t caused me any pain and I like that I can step up on the bench without worrying about tearing the upholstery. Plus, the rubber surface makes the bench less slippery than a regular bench if you get sweat or water on it. I am more than content with sacrificing comfort for safety.I would recommend purchasing this bench if you are looking for something that doesn’t take up much space, and do beginner to intermediate training at home. I’m very satisfied with my purchase and look forward to using the bench for a long time to come.

Me encanta.
